when me and the wife laid down on those pillows we couldn't believe the comfert and support we felt. The pillow adjusts to your head and neck, and the sleep is so much better. Also this pillow returns to the regular height every morning after we get up. Where has this pillow been all my life. It's the greatest.

this pillow I recommend to everybody when they are looking for a new pillow. they are a little bit pricier, but it is worth it. it cools you, I always fall asleep immediately, and the first pair I had lasted about 5 years. in the long run, it is worth the investment

I ordered this to replace one we purchased a year ago. It is still a good bed pillow but not as firm as they used to be.

The Pillows are nice, and the head sinks into the pillow nicely, however the smell of the plastic on the pillow for cooling in the pillow smell like gasoline or a gasoline by produce.

Love the cooling gel layer a bit on the softer side so if you like firm pillows this isn't the best option.

It looks cheaply made and the cover that comes with it does not cover the gel area so you have to put it in a pillow case or sleep with your face on plastic. I was really disappointed with this purchase, especially since it came from Sealy. I've only had it a month or so but it is already loosing its ability to regain its shape, so it's flattening out.

It has zero support. This thing goes completely flat within seconds. The "cooling" effect on it does not work.

very poor quality used at one night seems a separating it's not cooling at all it's very hot to sleep on my honest opinion is it's overrated too expensive piece of crap.
