I like that these methylated B vitamins have TMG added to them. The capsules are easy to swallow and I know Seeking Health is a reputable brand. It was nice that shipping was free too.
It's got all the things I need and not too much of the things I don't. Most supplements that deal with homocystine have way too much B6 and is as correct amount.
