This trampoline is amazing! It’s large, sturdy, and super safe - my kids absolutely love it. The quality is impressive: durable materials, strong stitching, and stable design. The basketball hoop adds extra fun, and the ladder and net are well-designed and convenient. Perfect for active outdoor play!
This trampoline has been such a great addition to our backyard. It's sturdy, safe, and perfect for active kids. The safety net feels secure, and the overall quality exceeded our expectations. The kids play on it every single day and absolutely love it. Definitely one of the best outdoor purchases we've made for family fun.😍
My 6-year-old daughter is obsessed with this trampoline! The bounce is great, the basketball hoop makes it extra fun, and the safety net feels very secure. The trampoline looks sturdy and high quality for the price. Assembly took a little time but the instructions were clear. Perfect outdoor activity for kids and families.
We absolutely love this SEGmart 10FT trampoline! The size is just right — big enough for both kids and adults to enjoy safely. It’s very sturdy, easy to assemble, and the basketball hoop is a fun bonus! Our kids are thrilled and spend hours jumping and playing. Highly recommend for families looking for outdoor fun!
Purchased for Christmas and just open it up because it was a nice day and one of the C1 poles was missing how do I get the pole to complete the process of putting it up please respond ASAP . So I don’t know if it’s other parts that’s missing
Everything came with it besides the basketball n the stakes to hold the trampoline flip in 2 weeks from the storm 🥺 thank god it didn't break a window
I bought the product over the winter time as it was on sale. Now that the weather is warming up in the northeast, I opened the box and it is missing 6 pieces. I'm unable to put it together AND unable to get a refund as the return window has passed. Walmart says there is nothing they can do. I will remove this review if the company can remedy the situation.
This has been the worst trampoline purchase experience imaginable. After only ONE month of use, this trampoline is already falling apart everywhere. The poles are bending inward, the padding is ripping apart, and every single clip for the safety net broke and now has to literally be tied together just to hold it up. This is a major safety issue, especially for children. The assembly process was also terrible. Instructions were unclear, not detailed, and it took forever to put together. What makes this even worse is the customer service experience. After contacting Walmart (5 separate times) and explaining that the trampoline is unsafe and unusable, they refused to help because it was technically outside the return window. We live in Chicago and bought this for Christmas, so weather prevented us from setting it up right away. Once it was finally assembled, it only lasted about a month before breaking down. A company should stand behind a product that becomes unsafe this quickly, regardless of a return date. Instead, Walmart basically made it clear they care more about keeping the money than customer safety. Do not waste your money on this trampoline. If something goes wrong, don't expect Walmart to help you. They never help the customer.
Bought this for children to play on this summer. It came with everything inside the box. Only thing was it was small tears in the pad when I got it. I emailed the service desk and been in contact with them, but they still haven't sent me a replacement pad. It's been almost 3 months now. And I can't take it back to the store to replace it. It's just been an ongoing situation just to replace the pad, when it came damaged. I don't even want the trampoline anymore. Worst experience purchasing my first trampoline
Terrible terrible quality. Literally broke within a month. First it was the basketball hoop bar just broke right off and then shortly after that the side of the trampoline just broke and one of the kids got hurt from the fall. Do not recommend this for any more than 2 kids at a time. I have 4 boys and it couldn't withstand it.
