I love the small saw. It cuts larger tree branches than I thought possible. Easy to use and battery life is good. I had a little problem with shipping or handling. The oil container has leaked and the instruction sheet was unreadable. The included gloves and eye protection glasses were useless and junk. They should not even be included as one size does not fit all.

It performed as advertised. However, the provided Phillips head screw was made of very soft metal and deformed when very little twisting pressure was applied. A hardened screw would solve this issue. Other than that, the unit performed its tasks with no further worries. One last item. Put the "Tidymend" name somewhere on the box or saw or both. Be proud of your company and its products! it is good for small stuff but no oil on chain. battery is ok. it works but get more with a higher investment. buy it on sale. it is worth that price.
