When I received this item, it was in an excellent condition. This chain saw is light weighted. I can even use a single hand to operate. What surprised me is the power of it. I tried to use it to cut a wood and trim the trees. For both cases, it functioned well. Also, it has a replacement backup battery and a replacement chain, which makes me even more comfortable.

it come with a lot of accessories. se in the picture. the battery lift is ok, but it provided 2 batteries. it has a longer setting, can be easily change. it comes with ot own box for storage, easy to organize. the power level is as expected.

this little chainsaw is perfect! if you are a female and like to do your own work, this is something you should have.

Have a little job, tree branch or bush to cut, this saw is going to be your hero... Surprisingly, this Tidymend Mini chain saw is a "RockStar". It came with enough charge on the battery to complete a small project without having to wait for it to charge. I only needed to attach the battery and go. I would DEFINITELY recommend this Chainsaw for ANY smaller project that needs a chainsaw to complete.

Better than expected. Cut for several hours on one battery and the chain stayed sharp. Be sure to learn how to keep the chain tight. But I would buy again

It was a birthday present for my husband. He was a bit skeptical at first, but once he had the batteries charged, and the saw set up to run, he was very pleased with its performance, the length of the battery charge, ease of use and light weight of the saw for handling. The only down side was there was no gripping bar on the top to secure the saw in place as it was sawing limbs, which allowed it to "jump" at times. But since he's a "fix it" type, he's going to add a bar and keep the saw.

So far saw has performed reasonably for small tree work.Good purchase for the money and delivered quickly.

Battery life was not good and the chain adjustment with a screw sucks. I will never buy from vendor.
