Serene Herbs Soursop & Black Seed Bitters Package, 32 Oz

I've been long suffering from going to the restroom. I've been told to take miralax however taking that I must exceed the recommended dosage in order for it to work. I ordered this and its worked wonders. i take 2 teaspoon of eqch on an empty stomach each morning. i am able to go throughout the day regularly,meaning after each meal as before it would be 3-4 days. Its only been a week %26 i feel so much better. im going to take it for 90 days as I've had issues for years and then give it a break to see if it should just be apart of my daily routine. i really think its just cleaning me out do to the years of build up. if anyone needs a good cleaning and wwnt to use herbs this is the ttick i highly recommend. Taste is bad but not that bad! If you can handle a shot of liquor you can handle a shot of this! Good for people with digestive issues

First off, it's "bitters" so it's bitter. Hubby's from Africa he says the more bitter the better for you. He rarely eats sweets. He says bitters are sugar's worst enemy. I read eating sugar is like eating tiny pieces of glass and treats your body as such. Do yourself a favor and try these bitters. In just a week I have more energy, better stools, less fatigue, and I can stay awake, without any napping, the whole day. Sheer health in a bottle. Remember "the more bitter the better" so Enjoy!!! 😉

The results have you feeling better than before but the taste is horrible. Wouldn't recommend to the faint hearted.

It tastes horrible, but after about 10 days, I accepted that the bitter taste was the only drawback to the amazing results.
