SERIOUS Bean Co Sweet and a Bit Sassy Dr Pepper Baked Beans, 16 Oz Can

This was an experience for certain I love baked beans and I love Dr. Pepper. I can no longer look at either one the same again. It was definitely yummy for me. But the only way I can describe it is get a can. And eat it then leave a comment What do you think?

I love baked beans and I may have just found my new favorite! These seem to have just a little kick to them. That's fine by me, I like my food just a little spicy. They also seem to be a little sweeter than most. I do like my baked beans to be a little sweet, maybe not quite this sweet. If I had to say something bad, I'd say the beans seem to be just a little undercooked. Maybe they didn't soak them first? But it's not bad enough to keep me from having them again. These are really good baked beans!

Baked beans with a Dr Pepper flavor but not overpowering. Serious Bean Co has several flavors and I like this one the best. Give them a try, I think you'll like them. We make hot dogs with baked beans and slaw (Hot dog in the bun topped with the baked beans and slaw.) They are the perfect beans for hot dogs, hamburgers, or any side dish.

Good taste. Spicy with a kick like Dr. Pepper. This taste makes great baked beans. The spices are nicely cooked into the beans. You wouldn't think of it but this is how baked beans should be. Lots of flavors.

I was taken aback at how delightful the flavor was. Not only does it have that syrupy soda taste but it also has a snap to it that is reminiscent of carbonation. It is a very distinct and unique taste that I'm not sure you can find anywhere else. It is so distinct that I find it hard to pair with other foods, and I have encountered more than one person that think its disgusting. You'll either love it or hate it.

a bit too sweet for my liking, even my kids who love sweet foods and dr.pepper said they did not enjoy. maybe adding some seasonings or chipotle or something smoky may improve it.

I thought I would like the flavor of these baked beans but I really REALLY did NOT like them at all! I was making bbq baked beans like you make in the summer usually. I added this ONE can to my normal recipe that I've been making forever. I added all of the ingredients and then I added this can of beans and I totally ruined all of the other ingredients that I used to make them. Please try them SEPARATELY first before you add them to a great recipe! This is probably the first time I've written a bad review for anything. That's how strongly I feel about this can of beans 🥴🥴🤐🤐🥴🥴

SERIOUS Bean Co Sweet and a Bit Sassy Dr Pepper Baked Beans were terrible, they had a unusual taste most akin to that of dish soap. We were unable to eat more than a few bites. We were very disappointed as a household that enjoys Dr. Pepper, these lack the complex flavors associated with Dr. Pepper. You should save your money and taste buds.

My husband loves Dr Pepper so I made these beans with hot dogs to surprise him. Not sure what the flavor is but tasted like perfume was added. We could not eat these. I tried adding mustard, garlic, pepper but didn't improve. Waste of money and ruined my surprise.

We are fans of Dr. Pepper, but we did not find any resemblance of it in these beans. It has some strange flavor that is really strong (maybe they were trying to go for cherry?). No one in my family liked them, and we will not repurchase.
