I'm a Big Guy. Comfortable Firm Support. No Sagging. If you're not using a Real Box Spring and are Heavy, use a Board Underneath the Mattress. Im using an Elevated Storage Frame, and the Mattress was Squeezing thru the Slats.

Needed a mattress I could simply put on the floor that was thin enough for my older Frenchie to get on and off by himself. This mattress is perfect! Came in a box. Which was great for delivery reasons. It takes awhile to open up and fully become a “mattress”, but I was able to sleep on it shortly after opening. There was no odd odor or smell per se. it does take a few days to totally become a “regular” mattress but nothing to concern yourself about. Could not have found a better mattress for my situation especially for the price!

I bought it for my husband who was dying of cancer. he absolutely loved the mattress. said that it made his back feel so much better. I would recommend this mattress

I'm so glad I bought this full-size Serta mattress! It is just the right firmness for my back at my age. I had a queen size that was not a Serta and it was just too soft so I gave it to my grandson since he wanted a queen .size.

For what we paid for it sub 150 for it. Best bed on the market in me opinion. We purchased this for our toddler and we end up sleeping with the half the time it actually is a decent bed. I’m 250lbs and I do not bottom it out.

the mattress is decent for kids or smaller adults. more plush, top gel foam layer i sink in dramatically im 185lbs.only the gel foam and one other support layer. had a bad smell that has continued a few weeks after purchase. wouldn't recommend as the odor lasts too long and irritated my son as he tried to sleep.

I'm sure the product is fine, but I ordered a full sized mattress and got a twin. Unfortunately didn't know it was a twin until I opened it up and it expanded (delivered compressed). Contacted Walmart and they told me to put it back in a box and return it (impossible-- it's a mattress). Complained and they said a manager would contact me, but no one ever did. Reached out again the next week and was escalated to a manager who after a long back and forth said someone from their freight company would reach call in 2-3 days to schedule pick up as is (not in a box). Great! Except no one ever called. Paid for a full, got a twin I don't need, no way to dispose of it AND they still have my money. HORRIBLE customer service.

The mattress did not fully expand as it should have. The center had a huge dip down that did not want to release. I waited for 5 days but no luck. I ended up returning the mattress

!!!!!!Never buy this item from Walmart.!!!!! I purchased this mattress, but it did not expand even after 72 hours, making it completely unusable. I initiated a return using the “Drop to Store” option. When I first visited the store, customer service told me I could bring the mattress back without the original box or packing. The next day, I carefully packed the mattress myself and transported it in my own car, which was extremely difficult. When I arrived at the Walmart Princeton Center, a customer care executive named David told me the return could not be accepted without the box. I then went back home, retrieved the box, and returned to the store again. After that, another employee named Jerrad told me that this store cannot handle the return at all—even with the box—and that I must arrange a home pickup instead. I wasted over 3 hours waiting at the store and traveling back and forth between my home and the store. This entire process was exhausting, confusing, and very poorly managed, with completely contradictory information given by different employees. I went through significant physical effort and lost valuable time due to Walmart’s lack of coordination. Very disappointing experience.

Super heavy box which wasn't my issue for the lower ratings my reason for the low ratings is I get it unwrapped and then after I let it expand and I know it can take up to 72 hours, however from it being rolled up so tight, there is now an indent in the middle of the bed and so now it's extremely uncomfortable and now I'm stuck with a mattress that's uncomfortable and it's way too heavy for me to carry
