This is an amazing chair! The chair I was using was really making me sore. This chair is a great value. I have a larger comfortable chair in another office, but it would not fit in this office. The bottom cushion is extremely supportive. I am a shorter (5'2") plus size person and this chair fits me great. I think this is the first chair I have ever had that I can sit back in properly. The lumbar support is very springy. Definitely what I needed for hours of sitting at a desk. The assembly was fairly easy. I like that it has a pocket on the back and the armrests are super cushioned. It rolls like a dream. It also fits in smaller spaces and the arms flip up so the chair can be pushed under the desk. Buy it!!

I bought 4 of these chairs about 10 yrs ago for dining chairs. We had used them for desk chairs, company sits in them when we have family gatherings, we sit around the table to visit a lot. Well, they held up for 10 yrs, but the leather on the arms of 2 chairs started cracking, so I bought 4 more! People that come to visit ask what brand, etc. and tell us they have bought the same chairs! I took the two good chairs and replaced the older chairs in my sewing room/office. The two cracking leather chairs went to the barn office. We love the tilt on the chairs, plus we have some big men that sit in the chairs frequently.

Great office chair for lumbar support! And at a great price too! I work from home full time and needed a better office chair with more support in the back and seat. My sister-in-law had one like this at her house and I was surprised when she told me it was from Wal-Mart and only $100. I had been looking on Amazon for some that were 2-3x that price. This chair provides the perfect amount of support in the seat and the lumbar region - love the "air" part of the support. I also love that you can easily lift the airs up to slide the chair all the way under the desk - not all office chairs have that feature and that was important to me. All around great buy! I have only had it for a few weeks now, but it is Serta brand so I'm hopeful it will hold up well over time.

Buy this chair! I bought a cheap computer chair at the start of the pandemic to have something to work remotely. I was starting to notice hip issues and pain from sitting all day. I've had this chair just about 6 weeks and the pain is gone. Super comfortable and nice looking.

I am very happy with the desk chair. As it happens I had to assemble the chair myself, as my son injured his back and couldn't do it. I found it really pretty easy to assemble. The instructions were user friendly. I only had trouble holding the seat and back together to screw the pieces, but understandable as I have some arthritis in my hands. At any rate I was proud of myself for getting it done. Also it is very comfortable. And just what I wanted.

Very comfortable chair. Good back support. I assembled this chair myself. I am and 85 year old lady with arthritis. It took me a little longer to complete but because of the arthritis in my back I had to rest often. I was pleased with the instructions - very helpful. If I can put it together you should be able to also.

I have no complaints about the quality. I think it just comes down to personal preference. If you won't be sitting in it for long hours on end like I do, I would recommend. It's the quality you'd expect from Serta and feels/looks more expensive than it is. However, the amount of support between the back and the bottom feels imbalanced - more support on the back. I feel like it needs more padding towards the front of the seat bottom, or less towards the back to even it out - if that makes sense.

I took awhile to put a review on this chair because I wanted to see how it would work out after a month or two. First of all the box, packing materials was beyond FIRST CLASS. The instructions and illustration of putting this together was the best I have ever seen in all my life. It took me only 30 minutes to put this together all by myself and when it was assembled, it was gorgeous, soft and amazing. I bought a cover for it because I want to preserve the leather. Okay the downside. Yes, it is very roomy, love, love the flip up arms. However, the seat was so soft and comfortable for about a month and now it just feels hard. I feel metal. I have to sit on a big comfortable ergo cushion now in order to sit on this chair. It would be too hard now to send it back, so just remember after awhile you start feeling the metal in the chair.

I ordered this chair on wednesday and I am thrilled to have received it on Friday as promised. This chair is very comfortable. BUT please if you are TALL would definitely NOT recommend. It's a great chair for shorter people. (Im 5'4''). Hope this helps. :)

Side plastic assembly broke after 3 months. Son 14 year old, was reclining and the plastic that bolts to the seat side and back side broke and my son fell backwards on to the ground. Calling Serra for a replacement or money back. Would not recommend until they fix that issue. The plastic looks very thin and cheaply made.
