This is an amazing chair! The chair I was using was really making me sore. This chair is a great value. I have a larger comfortable chair in another office, but it would not fit in this office. The bottom cushion is extremely supportive. I am a shorter (5'2") plus size person and this chair fits me great. I think this is the first chair I have ever had that I can sit back in properly. The lumbar support is very springy. Definitely what I needed for hours of sitting at a desk. The assembly was fairly easy. I like that it has a pocket on the back and the armrests are super cushioned. It rolls like a dream. It also fits in smaller spaces and the arms flip up so the chair can be pushed under the desk. Buy it!!

Chair is very comfortable and has a lot of cushion to it given the affordable price. I easily spend 40 to 50 hours a week in computer chairs and this one is very comfortable. I would highly recommend for someone who works from home. My only complaint is two of the bolts would not align properly and while I was finally able to get them secured, the two plastic caps will not go over top of it due to the bolts sticking out a bit which cosmetically is a bit of an eyesore, but it doesn't take away from the functionality of the chair.

I bought 4 of these chairs about 10 yrs ago for dining chairs. We had used them for desk chairs, company sits in them when we have family gatherings, we sit around the table to visit a lot. Well, they held up for 10 yrs, but the leather on the arms of 2 chairs started cracking, so I bought 4 more! People that come to visit ask what brand, etc. and tell us they have bought the same chairs! I took the two good chairs and replaced the older chairs in my sewing room/office. The two cracking leather chairs went to the barn office. We love the tilt on the chairs, plus we have some big men that sit in the chairs frequently.

I work from home now and needed a chair that would be comfortable for 8 hours sitting but I didnt want to spend 200 and up for a chair that wasnt good. THIS CHAIR IS AWESOME! My back and hips feel really good and I can sit comfortably for hours. Its not fake leather which at this price that is what I was expecting but this is not the case. I put the chiar together myself, the instructions where very wasy the read and understand. Overall, if you are looking for a inexpensive option and comfortably, this is the one.

Make sure you don't screw bottom seat on BACKWARDS! I did at first and thought I made a mistake purchasing this chair. Read under seat, "FRONT" means just that it's the front of the seat. I think some people may have put seat on backwards like I first did. This is a very comfortable chair.

I LOVE THIS CHAIR! I'm a nail tech. I sit all day. My sciatic nerve doesn't like sitting all day. Any chair I've used for the last 15 years will eventually cause me pain by the end of the day. I bought this chair because I figured a chair made by a mattress company would be comfortable. I was right! Since I've been using this chair (3 months ) my sciatic nerve has not bothered me once!!! I can sit all day and not suffer!

Buy this chair! I bought a cheap computer chair at the start of the pandemic to have something to work remotely. I was starting to notice hip issues and pain from sitting all day. I've had this chair just about 6 weeks and the pain is gone. Super comfortable and nice looking.

I bought this chair to work remote, and by far is the most comfortable for an 8 hour day. This is my 3rd office chair I bought for working at home the last 2 years. The other chairs was not comfortable for a long day,but I have found that one chair I was looking for in this "Serta Air Lumber Bonded Leather of Manager Chair". Very comfortable and sturdy can handle a thicker sized person.

I took awhile to put a review on this chair because I wanted to see how it would work out after a month or two. First of all the box, packing materials was beyond FIRST CLASS. The instructions and illustration of putting this together was the best I have ever seen in all my life. It took me only 30 minutes to put this together all by myself and when it was assembled, it was gorgeous, soft and amazing. I bought a cover for it because I want to preserve the leather. Okay the downside. Yes, it is very roomy, love, love the flip up arms. However, the seat was so soft and comfortable for about a month and now it just feels hard. I feel metal. I have to sit on a big comfortable ergo cushion now in order to sit on this chair. It would be too hard now to send it back, so just remember after awhile you start feeling the metal in the chair.

broke first week! barelt put it together a couple days ago. i was excired ro work today because of the chair. something ij the seat is broken or something because it feels tilted to the side. i believe its the springs or something.definitwly not worthy it. it does not recline either no matter how much i adjust the knob. the box was big and heavy, i cant even pack it to return it. im really upset.
