We are very pleased with this heated mattress pad. With 2 controls, we can have different temperatures on each side of the bed. It is so nice to turn it on 15 or 20 minutes before going to bed and then the sheets are nice and warm. NO more cold sheets. We use the timer on the control to turn it off after we get to sleep. We would definitely recommend this heated mattress pad. Thank you Walmart for selling it.

Had been looking at this type of product for about two weeks. Serta was NOT the least expensive and in fact usually runs closer to the top tier of price. THIS PRODUCT IS WORTH THE COST!!! It has a wonderful plush feel to it such that you do not feel the cords. Dual controls with Queen or King AND cords have NO length problem at all. Winter fading but that's OK, it is comfortable enough to leave on all year round. William

Bought one for our RV travels. It arrived quickly, very plush and the 10 heat settings are nice to have. We're looking forward to many warm nights throughout our winter travels. Installed on the bed with the controls at the top for ease of use. The lightweight shipping bag did arrive with a cut and the cut did go through the heavy plastic zipper bag that the pad comes in, but luckily the pad was fine.

This is my third purchase for this heated mattress pad. It's constantly reliable and evenly heated. The bed is warm immediately and the pad is very comfortable. This is the best heated mattress pad I've ever used.

I like that its soft and thicker, so you don't feel the wires, simple controller, easy to use, warms bed evenly.

I love my heated mattress cover. It doesn't take long at all to heat up and when I climb into the warm bed it just feels heavenly. I'm so glad I purchased it!

I love the timer feature - can set it to turn off after however many hours you choose. It heats up quickly, I appreciate that. I wish the lowest heat setting was actually a bit lower. It is a bit to hot for me. However, my husband who has many health issues, LOVES the heat, the settings, and the timer. So it depends on your needs. It is a bit expensive.

And unfortunately, I could feel the wires when I was laying on this, even with another Mattress cover on top of it. Not comfortable for me. It did heat up properly and I'm sure it would be very warm And suit the purpose of warming up your bed. But not for me.

Totally uneven heating of the mattress pad. The middle heats up but the foot of the mattress pad is cold. Does not have preheat function. Overall it is not worth buying.

This Serta Heated Mattress Pad is not what it clams. Only heats in the center, there is 12" all around the edge that does not heat. The center only gets slightly worm. I will go back to my Sealy Heated Mattress Pad, a lot better quality and cheaper to. Do not buy this product!
