SERWALL 9 Pieces Outdoor Dining Set, Patio Dining Set, HDPE Outdoor Table and Chair with Umbrella Holes, Black (1 Table + 8 Armless Chair)

This is a complimentary piece to another set I bought earlier this year. Assembly was tedious, but easy overall. There is one piece on the table that did not connect flush with the others, but I was not about to complain and have to worry about disassembly and return shipping.

So far the quality seems good. Took a bit to put together but once we got in a rhythm it was ok. You definitely need a partner to help assemble table and chairs. I am hoping the chairs don’t loosen over time as they seemed solid but could loosen with weight over time. The table is solid and love that it is longer to fit 8 chairs I just wish the table was a little wider. To note comes in 4 different boxes and they all shipped separately.

I live in North Florida where the sun is terrible on furniture. this is one of the reasons I bought this set. I'll have to admit though the instructions are a little complicated. heavy seems to be well built stainless steel screws. get yourself an electric screwdriver that's really good cuz you will need it

Nice for the price. It’s closer to a 6 person setup than 8 comfortably. Instructions could be better, but I figured it out. After adding cushions, the armrests seem a little low.

NOT WORTH THE PERCEIVED VALUE. Set of chairs did not match. Cannot get in touch w/ seller for a replacement. Too many screws when assembled. Walmart does not help on defective product issues. This looks like a recurring issue with Walmart and this particular product. Do not purchase!

One of the parts to a chair was damaged. I have messaged the company 5 times to get a replacement. They just send an automated reply of what to send in for proof of damage. Which I do but never hear back.

Received chairs and table legs no table!!! Not happy!!

Everything came in pieces. After assembling the chairs for 5 hours, and on to assembling the table, we discovered the table was missing most crucial connecting piece, a piece that connected the table's legs with the top. Walmart representative by chat was horrible, suggested we return everything and get a new one so we can reassemble again, or keep the set and will give us about $49 (this is an almost $1,000 purchase). Completely tone deaf of the time spent assembling the chairs and informed us they couldn't replace the connecting piece. The representative on the phone sent an email to the manufacturer, which, because it's overseas, will take 2 weeks to deliver the missing items. Knowing what I know, I would never buy this brand as it takes 2 weeks to receive any missing pieces, and would never buy large items from Walmart which couldn't replace missing item, punted it to the manufacturing company, despite the fact that it's sold on their site and thus it's their responsibility to ensure we get a complete package of what we ordered.

it is impossible to assemble without professional help. You need to drill holes and it;s a very hard material to do so.
