Super happy with these bags! Hold tons (even heavy clay cat litter packed to the brim!) without breaking — what more can you ask for out of a trash bag?! Bonus points for the recycled content and sustainability mission of seventh generation products.
I'm a huge fan of seventh generation because of the quality. Their trash bags hold up to heavy items, making them them perfect for recycled trash, and waste items. The material is thick and leakproof, so there's no mess when bringing to the trash bin. The bags lock in odor, so I don't have to worry about the waste smelling throughout the day. A+++ trash bags!
Very durable. Love that it's made without harsh chemicals. Doesn't rip and fits a lot of trash. Really strong and reliable for fitting a lot of trash in one bag. Last me a long time to and easy to dispense my food in. I love that they are extra strong with a drawstring as well. Also does not leak or rip.
Seventh Generation Extra Strong Tall Kitchen Trash Bags have been a great addition to my household. These bags are durable and hold up well to everyday kitchen waste without tearing or leaking. I appreciate the extra-strong construction, which gives me confidence when disposing of heavier items or taking a full bag outside. The size fits my standard kitchen trash can perfectly, and the drawstring closure makes it easy to tie up and carry. One of my favorite things about these bags is that they are made with recycled materials, making them a more environmentally conscious choice compared to many traditional trash bags. Despite being eco-friendly, they don't sacrifice strength or performance. Overall, these trash bags are dependable, sturdy, and a great option for anyone looking for a reliable kitchen trash bag with a sustainability focus.
Oh these bags right here are the goat! They actually hold very well for the price and I haven't had any complaints using them. Seventh generation has great products.
I've been using these trash bags for awhile now and I'm very pleased with their performance. However, that's not why I'm writing a review. I encountered a problem with one box that I purchased and once I contacted SG customer service they 2 day mailed me a replacement. I've never been treated so well by a large company before and so they will have my business forever. Thank you!!
Have been using for years, and haven't had any problems. I use them to hold garbage (I don't have that much garbage actually), and also to hold plastic film for recycling. It's true that they can be I guess maybe a bit more difficult to open than other bags, but it's in my judgment not really that big a deal.
I love 7th Gen, but these bags stretch and rip pretty easily. If you are bagging up something soft like clothes, or will only fill it up halfway, these are fine.
I've used these bags a few months now since my girlfriend's on this Seventh Generation kick and have to say I hope she never buys these again. The first time I went to empty my garbage can it immediately ripped, causing me to use another of these garbage bags just to get it out the door. That isn't the first time it's happened either. The box may come with 20 bags but a half of them might be spent double bagging the ones filled with garbage that might rip. Just out of curiosity, makes me wonder what the "strong" bags are like if these are "extra strong". With all that being said, if you have an immediate need to fill garbage bags with cotton, they might actually be up to that particular task.
The construction of these bags requires effort to open up the bag from the inside. It is as if the sides of these bags have been sealed shut. Someone needs to go back to the drawing board to redesign the manufacturing of these bags so that these bags open easily so they can easily slip into the recepticle.
