I saw this computer on sale and didn't think it would be the greatest but I'm impressed because it processes fast and has been great for my everyday work. I design on my laptop and I've been loving it so far. (been using it for over a month) I'll update you if I have any issues but so far so good.

I purchased this laptop because the price was great and that's all I could really afford. I have been pleasantly surprised! Start up and page load are incredibly fast. Great buy!

I gave 3 stars bc I'm not actually sure about this product. I got it for my son for birthday. He's still a bit too young for one this size.

It arrived in box, when I took laptop out ,I saw no marketing stamp, company label, no serial number, which I thought was odd however its been awhile since I bought one! But when I opened the manual book there was only 3 pages in english how to start it and how to reset it, the rest of the 40 some pages were the in the same context just in various languages That was my clue to simply return it , and all the current neg reviews helped. They should state up front about the seller as well! This seller may also engage in manufacturing, importing or reselling consumer products. Our company has rich experience in cross-border e-commerce operations, such as Amazon, eBay, CD, FNAC, etcThe GMV on various platforms is very impressive, and the ODR performance is very good. We have a lot of lists that are ranked in the top 50 on Amazon; firstly, this is due to our strong operation team, including Walmart operation team.

It feels like a dollar store knockoff. The trackpad is ridiculously difficult to use. This seems like a small matter until you try to scroll, or select anything. God help you if you want to work with simple graphics editing. The OS is clunky and won't sync with other Windows 11 machines. Paired with the other shortcomings of Windows 11, I wouldn't buy this machine again if it were actually sold at the dollar store.

i only used this computer for two days on the third day, the computer monitor wont turn on..followed troubleshooting suggestions but still didn't work..

I HAD AND USED THIS COMPUTER FOR LESS THAN 90 DAYS AND ONE DAY IT WOULD NOT POWER ON. I CHARGED IT ALL NIGHT AND TRIED THE NEXT MORNING AND SAME RESULT. 100% DO NOT RECCOMEND AND I WOULD NOT BUY THIS BRAND OR PRODUCT AGAIN.

The touch pad doesn't work and computer randomly goes black and won't turn back on .at times it won't wake up or turn on without long holding the power button..very disappointed with this laptop

Product died within 3 weeks of purchase and I got no response from SGIN on fixing it. Finally walmart agreed to refund.
