I order Norton 360 Premium 10 Devices Antivirus Software every year and save much more from Walmart than I would have to pay Norton for the exact same software.

I have used Norton for many years. They have tried to speed up their system recently. I think they are still working on it, because sometimes it seems to take too long to do a simple backup. I don't like all of the pop-up ads they push to sell additional services. Clicking "don't show again" doesn't seem to help. It is best to buy this product through Walmart on an annual basis rather than take the Norton offered renewal price. They charge about double the Walmart 1-year price for the same item. Just install the program one day before your old one expires and be sure you are NOT on auto renewal each year. The transition to the new program is smooth and Norton will even help you if you call them.

The software is great for that I'm grateful. Honestly Norton has to make money, i get it. However, after agreeing with their terms and fees. I can be charged 35 days before my subscription ends. what's that about? We all need money. The other challenge I have is I feel I'm being sold A Le carte, I agreed with what you asked for a fee. Now I expect you to keep my computer free of viruses and not upsell me for each kind of problem I already paid Norton's to solve. Thank you for your product. R. Johnson

Upon down loading the software to get the activation key a place to impute the key does not appear and is override by a screen to update a Norton account. After an extensive search for place to input the key it appears that the software to install the activation code is overridden by the remains of the previous canceled Norton installation..

The worst thing I have ever done in my life is to purchase this Norton 360. They will continue to try to sell you their products even if you disable or mute special offers. Why do they try to upsell me Norton Utility after each scan even though I already purchased a premium version of their system security software? So, if you are not familiar with this kind of scam, they might try to fool you with another bill. I want my money back!

Buyer beware, when you purchase this product, it's not stated upfront, but when you go to activate with the key you have to agree to put in your credit card payment information and agree to automatic renewal or the program doesn't let you go any further. Automatic renewal as of this writing is $139.99, plus taxes and fees of course.

Tried to activate on device keeps saying need to buy I already paid for this with debit card.I need replacement or refund.I keep getting referred to one department after another.The last place I was referred to electronic shipping no one answers phone ok

norton isnt what it used to be. its very heavy and will drag down your system. and i wished i had watched a few review videos before i bought myself. they say alot of thing slip right past norton. also norton was i volved with a majot dats breach along with mcaffee. the identity protection only covers 1 name and 1 email. it installs system works like it or not but unactivated which is a constant slap in the face to buy more software. the only part i am glad about is that i only spent 25 bucks on a year subscription i will barely use if it all. it has no refund available so at least i did not pay much. from what i understand webroot is a better buy.

My rating is based on not having received my digital email confirmation pin to install the product rather than the product itself. I ordered it a few months back as I also purchased two labtop one for myself and one as a gift and wanted online web security. After not having received the download I contacted Walmart customer service support which I have done on many different occasions about the exact same thing I keep being told it will be sent but I never receive it. As of recent I was told that it was sent to the technical support team since I didn't get it and they will reach out to me I've waited a week since that conversation and as with all the other times, no one has reached out to me with the information for the item/service that Walmart has been paid for so hopefully this helps but I'm in serious doubt I don't understand why do I have to keep calling it's evident I haven't downloaded it as I haven't received anything to do so I just hate I didn't go into the store for this particular item but I also can't let it go just giving out money for something I didn't receive

The actual program is top notch. However I purchased it for 10 devices but it actually only allows for 5 it angered me because the whole reason I purchased it was because I need it for 9 devices and so I was like what the heck? It is unethical to sell a consumer a product for 10 devices and only get 5. Very disappointed in Walmart false advertising and Norton not honoring what was advertised and sold.
