Mama Shark is unbelievable! Bought her about a month ago and I am still mesmerize by what a great job she does. The dogs even stay out of her way!! She picks up all the fine hair and best thing Mama Shark is easy to program! Going to buy a s second Shark for the beach house! Love, love my Mama Shark!!

The styling and cleaning is very exceptional I bought this cleaner on a trial basis and after two days getting up every day and seeing the house floors clean and the job this thing does completely blew me away I was nowhere expecting the job that this will do. Anybody looking for a robot vacuum cleaner this would be my number one choice I would recommend it to anybody the job it does and the time it saves me alone is well worth the money.

We have owned other robo vacs, and we have been happy with them, but this Shark is clearly better. The mapping of my house was incredibly accurate, it does a better job vacuuming, it doesn't bang into stuff, it doesn't ball up area rugs, it leaves perfect rows in the carpet, it's just better. We named ours Robocop and we love it!

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have two labs that shed profusely, but my shark robotic vacuum is doing a great job helping to keep my carpet and hardwood floors much cleaner than they were in the past. I have the vacuum programmed to run every day on my main floor so I come home from work to a cleaner house every day! My dogs are not bothered by the vacuum—-they move away when it gets too close . I had a different brand of robotic vacuum in the past that constantly got stuck under furniture or on thresholds. This one has not gotten stuck anywhere in my house. Highly recommend this item.

I got mine last month and I totally love it. I wake up and all my floors are free of cat and dog hair. This vacuum is so worth the money. Professional experience with the staff when I ordered it and the quality of the vacuum is second to none. It maps out your house so you have control when and where it vacuums.

I’ve had 6 shark robot vacuums. I owned some of the first ones. This is by far the best one. I have a Labrador retriever and a labradoodle. My Shark vacuums daily in the main areas of the house. I have it set to empty and resume as well as recharge and resume. It cleans about 2400 sq ft a day. I also have an older version that cleans at the same time. I have all hard wood floors with area rugs. I love the self cleaning brush. Hair does not get tangled up in it. It doesn’t run into things like the older versions do. One thing I don’t like is the boundary strips do not work with this version. This is disappointing as I have a fraise shag area rug in one area that the Shark cannot clean due to it being long, deep shag. I have to move an ottoman to the entrance of this areas so it can’t get to the rug. This is something I definitely think should be included in the description. Please add this! The vacuum bin is large and I have to empty it every two weeks with two dogs but this is still really good for my house! Overall I love it. I couldn’t live without my Sharks!

I never thought I'd get too busy to be able to run my vacuum. I always thought robo-vacs were kinda dumb. But then I met "Bernard". I'm very pleased and I'm constantly showing it off. I've had a shark upright for 7 years and it's been amazing, so that's why I looked into getting a robot vac. I'm a very busy person and I was running out of time each week to keep my house up. I can tell you how nice it feels to come home to freshly vacuumed rooms. The app could use some work, it's a little glitchy and the Alexa app integration could be better. When I ask it to vacuum a particular room, it starts doing the whole house, so I don't use Alexa much it. The app is ok, but mapping no go zones and high traffic areas causes my app to crash. I can eventually get them set or edited, but it takes several tries. Would be nice if we could fine tune the map once it is done discovering your home. It's very quiet and I set it to run at night while I'm asleep. I don't even hear it come in the bedroom. It's also quite robust and can't believe what it pulls out of my carpet and up off my floors.

I'm so impressed! This guy is awesome! First, he's super quiet. Second, I have a brand new house, and he doesn't ram himself in my new walls like my old Roomba did; plus! It's so cool to see him stop in the middle of the job due to his belly getting too fat with dirt and dog hair from his Job. He backs up like an 18-wheeler, docks himself like a champ, dumps his load, and starts up again without assistance! I kicked my old Rumba to the curb; this is the one you need to save your life from ever sweeping again.

Overall it is a great idea love the fact that you don't need bags but the cleaning is Sub par when side by side comparison to the rumba S9 I bought both at same time to compare the best to best love sharks fast lidar mapping and the cross clean method but the rumba cleaning was faster and cleaner on one pass the shark still had hair wrap from the dog hair I was ok with that but again the rumba has yet to get any hair wrap on it and it has 2 brushes I would be happy with it but it had issues returning to the base station it wouldn't return across the black threshold to a white kitchen floor it went into fall protection mode and freeked out there again the rumba and ironically my corrdy robot vacuum don't have troubles overall the shark did fine and does clean better than the cordy maps faster than the Roomba but just couldn't return to its base and couldn't clean the house because of the black thresholds it's good for what it is but it just doesn't work for us

I like the ease of set up, but as I had to pick up most all the smaller items on the floor before I started it, it was too difficult. Also, I have 4” wide wooden thresholds from room to room and it was frustrating throwing a small rug over them each time. I would not buy again.
