I love this coffee maker!!! The only complaint I have (and this is Walmart related, not product related so I didn't let it affect my rating), I ordered the stainless steel one and they sent me the all black one. I made my peace with it only because I needed a coffee maker and didn't want to have to wait for a new one.

I LOVE MY NINJA COFFEE MAKER,IT'S EASY TO USE,YOU CAN MAKE A CUP OR A WHOLE POT,AND IT COMES WITH THE POT ALSO,YOU DON'T NEED PODS YOU USE COFFEE GROUNDS,HAS A MEASURING SPOON AND TELLS YOU ON THE SPOON HOW MUCH COFFE TO USE,SHOWS SEVERAL DIFFERENT CUP SIZES ON SPOON AND TELL U HOW MUCH GROUNDS PER THE CUP!!WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!

We've really enjoyed our ninja coffee machine. I love that you can set it up at night to start in the morning. It also has a spoon that you can measure out the different amounts of coffee for the different settings. The coffee never tastes burnt. The only thing I wasn't expecting when I first used it is that you have to hit a button if you want to pour before it's done brewing to make the coffee stop dripping.

I absolutely love this coffee maker! ☕️ It's super easy to use, brews quickly, and the coffee tastes amazing every single time. I'm so impressed with how consistent it is, and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. It's definitely made my mornings so much better — I honestly look forward to making coffee now. Highly recommend to anyone who loves a great cup of coffee!

This is an updated coffee maker on their previous model but this includes a glass carafe so I am so happy to now have another option.. to brew a large pot or half pot in addition to different size cups and cold brew! Love that I can program an automatic brew at the time I want. This has a permanent filter that you can use or you can remove and use your own paper filter. Very happy with my new Ninja

Love that I can brew a whole carafe or just a cup! Cold brew option is fantastic for less acidic coffee and refreshing in the summer. Great alternative to a Keurig, no need to use all those plastic cups. Cost effective and can buy a reusable filter from Walmart that fits the machine.

This is my second Ninja coffee maker. This design isn't as nice and not made as well as my first one. Don't be deceived by the description that says a “rapid cold brew”. It does not make cold brew coffee. I was fooled by thinking maybe this was an updated feature, but it's not a cold brew, it's an “over ice” feature. All in all, it's a great coffee maker, and I hope this one lasts as long as my other one did…a good 5 years.

This unit was beautiful when I ordered it but not even two months of having it, it leaks everywhere! I have no idea why it doesn't brew a full pot of coffee like normal nor do I know why the water reservoir is leaking everywhere! It's not user error because I have watched countless videos. I wish I could return this unit for something else. I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated.

works good if your wanting a full pot of coffee. but the reason I got this , was so that I could make what I needed just for me I the am. and unless you make a full pot of coffee your cup comes out luke warm. at best. don't buy if your primary purpose is brewing 18 Oz or less

I ordered white and received black. This neglect of attention to detail is unacceptable. Increasingly my patience is tested when forced to accept an item I did not order I am angry and disappointed with Walmart's policy returning the coffee maker would result in a long delay receiving a refund from Walmart up to ten days. Refunds should be immediate. Walmart, of course, places the blame of such a delay with my bank. In fact, Walmart holds payments using the funds for their investments. In this case, I would have no coffee for weeks due to long delays refunding the purchase price then reordering, again, a white coffee machine with no guarantee I would receive what I ordered.
