Love this robot vac and mop! Does and awesome job and saves me so much time. My whole house is 3,000 sq ft and every room has hardwood floors. This has cut my cleaning in half.
It is very easy to use with the app. I like that you can do the whole house, individual rooms, or spot, clean a small section. The water reservoir is small, The running time is the biggest downfall. Does not mop my 1st floor all in one, does half then have to wait more than an hour to recharge %26 finish-my 1st floor is not that large at all.
Have not used it yet but its missing items under the description it states two brushes and two moping pads and i only got one brush and one pad to mop
I ordered the shark, IQ robotic vacuum, and a pre-Black Friday sale. We didn’t open it until mid January and then set it up from fairly reasonable instructions. It would not charge. I contacted SHARK customer Service and the representative was very helpful even getting into a video chat to diagnose the issue. He sent an a new battery right away. It took a while to get here. After two weeks I went to install the battery and found that the battery that came with the vacuum had tape over the terminals. I removed the tape and tried to charge the original battery again. It still didn’t charge. It was faulty, or was it? I installed the replacement battery and after four days I still have not gotten it charged by now (2/25/24) it is too late to return. I have not reviewed the performance of the vacuum because I cannot tell how well it works.
Alert! Walmart sells you the model RV2402WD and put a sticker with the Model number RV2402WD over the original Model number RV2620wd which It is actually a better model but when you try to register it with Shark or try to use the warranty later the walmart sticker model number does not exist! The original model number does exist but shark will not offer warranty on that because what you purchased on your receipt is model number RV2402 from Walmart. So you will lose the warranty entirely.
I ordered and paid for this model RV2402WD BUT I got another product today in the mail from the Black Friday sale. I ordered the $188 Shark IQ, 2 in 1 model RV2402WD but ended up with the Shark AI Ultra, 2 in 1 model RV2610WD. The crazy part is that the vendor put a sticker over the model number on the box that I received today that shows the model number that I ORDERED (RV2402) but the actual box has a totally DIFFERENT model number (RV2620) than what I ordered and what I received (RV2610). The model number that was covered under the sticker is model number RV2620WD! I am so confused. I just want exactly what I paid for. There was no notice of substitution for the product or anything sent by Walmart or any vendor!! This was blatant dishonesty. Had I not paid attention to the big white sticker, Id be using the wrong product. The product i received is NOT even a VARIANT of what i odered.
I’m I order this vacuum system because it did not have a brush roller. When I went to inboxing it it had a paddle brush roller in yellow not the blue power paddle that it advertised. So it was return for that reason. First picture is what was supposed to to come with the system but got what is showing in picture two.
The picture and description show 2 mopping pads and 2 side brushes included, however, they are not included in the box. I contacted Walmart regarding this issue, and they told me to contact the manufacturer. So frustrating!
DEAD ON ARRIVAL WITH ERROR %237. HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO CLEAN A SINGLE ROOM DUE TO IT THINKING ITS TOO CLOSE TO A CLIFF. EVERY SENSOR IS IMMACULATE AND CLEAN OUT OF THE BOX YET IT STILL HAS THE ERROR. NO WONDER IT WAS $188.
I am very confused. I read in Another model was written in the description of the robot. There is a different model in the picture . and I received a different model from both.
