This is a basic vacuum and well made. Great suction. Lighter weight than my previous shark, which was a step up from this model, but honestly, the only real difference seems to be that this one doesn’t have a light. The cord is also about 3 feet shorter, which is only mildly inconvenient. And this one is about $200 cheaper so for me, that’s a win. I do miss the light and wish they could put one on their less expensive models.

This is the second shark navigator sweeper i bought as i just love it. From the ease of use to the attachments so very handy. Its light weight enough to carry but still has great suction in case you have a pet at home as we do. I only bought a second one as i decided it would be nice to have one on each floor for convenience sake. love everything about it.

I want to start off by saying it is a bit bulky, but it's not too bad. The cord is like a regular cord, but it cleans outstandingly cleaning . I vacuum my floors with my old vacuum first and then went over it with the new vacuum and it picked up so much stuff you will never even thought the floor had ever been vacuumed. I would recommend for pets lovers

It's truly an essential item in the home. It has extraordinary suction power, both for hard floors and my carpets, and it's very easy to clean. I highly recommend it.

After using a $50 vaccum for years, it was time for an upgrade. This one is fantastic! Moves nicely, and the suction is powerful. I'm shocked it picked so much pet hair and dust out of the carpet in just a quick 5 minute passover. One small thing, hair does get wrapped around the brush roller and will need to be removed often

I’ve only used this vacuum cleaner once. So far so good. For a long time I’ve been looking for a powerful vacuum cleaner that actually cleans everything. I purchased quite a few from Walmart and unfortunately, the others were not good. They were different brands and I think some were from China. This was recommended brand from a cleaning lady I know. It’s not a cheap vacuum cleaner, but if you can catch it on sale. I highly recommend. The dust bin is spacious. It’s easy to use and not as heavy as many other vacuums that are not as powerful. If you’re on the fence, definitely get it.

Ordered this vacuum and it's great for hardwood but terrible if you have pets. Have had about a month and the motor is already struggling and suddenly very loud. Emptied the tank after each use and cleaned filter after a few uses. It takes so long to get pet hair out of the rug. You'd think since it's called pet it'd work for pet hair. Will be replacing this with something else.

I loved my previous shark vacuum but this one sucks. Doesn't pick much up and easily clogged binding hair. Used it twice and doesn't work very well. I have to take apart each time to clean out and my dogs short Haired 7lb French bull dog. 0/10 don't recommend

bought this end of febuary and it burnt up two weeks ago it worked great the first use but after that it would not suck up any dirt and would spit it out all over this is the worst vacuum i have ever owned! i bought this vacuum because everyone seemed to love their shark vacuums... now after reading the reviews i see that im not the only one with this issue and most burn up within 6 months... completely unacceptable spending this much on something and not lasting!

I've had this vacuum for less than a year. I really love it but it doesn't ever last. I bought one before this one %26 it broke too. I purchased this one almost a year ago %26 it's already broke. Purchased the extra warranty too %26 the manufacturer nor extra warranty will replace it. I'll never buy another shark product again. This sucks because shark is a good brand, the quality in which the vacuums are being made, must be poor though. The suction is great though. When it doesn't break anyway.
