The items arrived without damage to the shipping box or the contents inside. The filters fit without any alterations needed. The photograph used on the website was a good representation of filters I received. The new filters improved the suction on the vacuum and improved cleanliness of carpet . I would recommend this item as the selling price is worth the improvement it made to our vacuum.

I bought the wrong size for my vacuum however I do recommend you replace the filters as often as instructed in your manual and your vacuum will continue to work well.
