Shark Navigator Pet Upright Vacuum, Pet Friendly, 3XL Dust Cup, Self-Cleaning Brushroll, ZU62 Grey

I purchased this because of the self cleaning brush feature. I had vacuum my carpet twice after Easter and thought it was clean, when the new one arrived I couldn't wait to use it and what my new Shark picked up from my “clean” carpet was unbelievable, I was shocked and disgusted to see how much dirt was hiding in that carpet and no hair to clean from the brush. I am absolutely satisfied with it.

Im so happy with this purchase!!! Does a great job, strong suction and gets all the dust. Super easy to use and maneuver. I only had 1 negative that my 12 year old daughter solved!!! There's a brush piece with nowhere to store it on the vacuum. She showed me, if you don't put the hose in here, its a perfect brush holder!!! Way to go kiddo, now its a 10/10 vacuum!! Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a great, easy to use vacuum!!

I wish I would have ordered this sooner absolutely the best vacuum I have ever owned. It's lightweight and portable, great cord length it's perfect for pet owners. Definitely recommend this vacuum if you have pets it also cleans hardwood floors

I've always used Shark vacuums. My previous one had the cord chewed off by our dog so I decided to get a new one. This vacuum does an awesome job at sucking up pet hair and dander! Also is much easier to remove the dust cup and full length handle than on older models. Has a large capacity but is still relatively light. Also if you have pets or a significant other that sheds longer hair 😅 the self cleaning brushroll will save you a lot of time. The long hose and handle are very nice for getting those high up cobwebs. You can also use this puppy on bare floors as well! Definitely the best bang for your buck you can get with Shark considering some of the other models can get pretty pricey. 10/10 Highly recommend this vacuum.

I have 2 German shepherds that shed nonstop every day I’m sweeping and vacuuming. I had a cordless shark and it kept clogging to the point I cleaned it and it still wasn’t picking anything up. I used this the first day I got it, easy to install and man the amount of hair it picked up and made my carpet look so clean 😅 definitely happy with this and the cord is a great length. I used it a few times and it haven’t clogged or anything

This is the second Shark Navigator that I own; one for upstairs and one for the main floor. I like my original one, so getting another was a no brainer. I have 2 long hair cats and my hair is very long. The roller brushes really do not clog or get hair wrapped up in them.

I LOVE this vacuum! It doesn’t mark up my wood floors like other vacuums did, I love that you can adjust the suction, it vacuums a rug I haven’t been able to vacuum because it has long hair, and it’s so easy to use plus the price was amazing! The only thing I don’t like about it is the cord, I feel it’s to short! My other vacuum I could plug in once and do pretty much my whole house, but this one I have to keep moving the pluggin around! Other than that I love the vacuum itself! Adulting!

Love Shark products. A little bit less maneuverable than my last shark but no hair stuck to the roller is a big win! The cord is longer too! A huge bonus with a house with few outlets.

The Zero-M Brush clogs just as much as my old Navigator and has yet to be able to self clean (yes I read the directions). As it does not separate (as my old one does) it is harder to unclog. It does hold more, but is also harder to push on my short carpet. Over all I am very disappointed with unit.

for the expensive model it is, I wasn't impressed with the suction. My old sharp vacuum sucks better. The cord is short. There are no headlights. The brush cleaning feature is nice.
