Shark Navigator Lift-Away Upright Vacuum, Pet Friendly, Powerful Suction, Self Cleaning Brushroll, HEPA Filter, ZU660 Burgundy

This is a light, powerful, well designed and built vacuum. I would like it if the cord were 5 ft longer. Quick pickup and adaptability using wand are very good. I like the bare floor and carpet settings which slow down the rotor on bare floors. I especially use this in tight areas and on carpeted stairs etc.

This is hands down one of the best vacuums I’ve ever owned. I have two dogs an English Bulldog and a Saint Bernard and they shed like crazy. Thanks to the self-cleaning brush roll, the vacuum picks up hair easily without getting tangled or stuck. I went through two vacuums just this past year because I constantly had to take them apart to remove hair from the brush roll. This one has been a game changer. It’s extremely powerful, easy to maneuver in tight spaces, and an absolute must-buy for pet owners.

I like shark brand vacuums, this one does a pretty good job and I like how it can navigate around obstacles easily with the swivel feature. The bin is a little small. It does have trouble sucking up small bits of paper and debree, but overall a pretty good vacuum. I like the detachable handle. My favorite part is the fact that it does not have bristles on the bottom but instead has self-cleaning brushroll for hair. I used to have to spend way too much time cleaning out the bottom of my old vacuum, I love this feature the best on this one.

I dislike the hose is not long at all nor does it stretch like my other shark I once had. The reviews on this here vacuum tricked me the only thing I like is the pick up if I could send this back and get the other one I would I’m kinda disappointed especially for the price I paid. And this is my truth.

Longtime Shark vacuum owner, our old one, a Shark Navigator (with a brush roll) worked great and picked up dirt like a champ. This one is not worth the money. This model includes a new brush system, plastic fins and another soft roller. It is hard to tell you vacuumed after you pass it over the carpet. I've never actually hated a new vacuum before, but I hate this one. I will not be buying any more Shark vacuums, time to look at other brands.

I've a Shark Navagtor for the past 7 yrs and loved it. but it broke %26 would have been too expensive to fix. This new one is nowhere near comparable %26 I know my other one was a much better vacuum but I thought for $200 I'd get something better than this. The power hose comes off the right side so it's awkward. The extension hose is short %26 it does not pick up cat hair anywhere as good as the old one. This also has no light on the front and is extremely hard to push. My other one just glides so nice. Think I'm going to have to take this back and just pay the money to have my old one fixed.

This vacuum is our third Shark vacuum, fifth Shark product, and it is disappointing. The quality is low, as parts are flimsy, and the filters do not work properly. The worst part is that you cannot clean the roller out easily. It is actually the worst design of any vacuum we have ever owned in the past 21 years. It's as though Shark deliberately designed it so that you have to get it serviced or buy another. We will stop purchasing Shark products if others are designed this poorly. We kept purchasing them because of the suction, but it is not worth it if you cannot clean everything yourself. We have improvised so we can take it apart, but it has been very frustrating.

There was a part of the machine missing when i assembled it. I called shark and had to email a copy of the manual to show the part that was missing. i noticed in the accessories they did not have many accessories. the contact at shark said that model is being phased out.

the lift away feature doesn't work with head to go under furniture. the cord is too short. The attachments dont the handle well and constantly fall off. and it doesnt have the power that my previous shark has and it is 6 years old. waste of money butci can't return it since i used it and threw box away. very disappointed with this purchase

I got an open box item which was used and returned, they don't mention it anywhere on the website so I had to return it back! If you are looking on a $ discounted or $ clearance just don't get it! Waste of my time and their services!!!! 🤷‍♂️
