I purchased 2 of these - 1 for me and one for my daughter-in-law. We both love this item. Easy to fill water container, picks up all dirt on floors and I've even used it on my rugs that are taped to floor. Works great NO CHEMICALS - You can easily was out the pads in your sink, or toss them in the washer.
The product was not received in its original packaging. Removal of the water tank is difficult and not at all friendly to the user. The product, however does work well and is easy to use. Remember to allow sufficient time for the steam to develop before using.
I LOVE THIS!!! Also works great to steam shower walls :) Nothing but water used and this Shark has removed build up on all my non-carpeted floors which was driving me crazy and restored the original shine. Do not let the small take worry you as I clean approximately 1000 sq. ft and still have some water remaining in tank. Just toss pad into washer with towels and they come out looking like new w/o bleach.
My last steam mop lasted 10 years or so! Loved it. This mop cleans really well also but is not hard metal- its plastic. I hope it lasts as long…

Bought extra pads to keep a clean one on the mop. Cleans great!

It's the most flimsy appliance I ever purchased. It was 3 times the price for the value. That was not what I expected.
