I have several Shark products and purchase all the products from Walmart. Great quality and great price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark. Steam and Scrub buffs and polish my kitchen, bathroom tile and hard wood floor. It leaves my house sparkling clean. Shark steam and scrub is light weight, easy to assemble, super easy to use and the spin mop will do all the work for you. The best part it uses no chemical just water, steam, just turn it on select the setting and watch it burst the dirt of the floor. The pads are machine washable which is convenient. This awesome helper is the easiest way I have ever mopped, no more dirty water bucket. It is super simple clean up. If you need an electric mop just pick up this awesome helper Shark Steam and Scrub.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a steam mop before that was simply one big pad that would steam and you had to push it around. I always had to "scrub" with something else since it would basically just glide over the floors to sanitze. This however adds a definite scrub to our floors. So easy to just pull out and touch up around our hardwoods too...makes it less of a "job".
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I have to tel you what a nightmare my floors are. I have two dogs and four cats and they track all kinds of stuff in and leave “presents” for me regularly *insert eyeroll emoji*. I already have the original Shark Steam mop and can't live without it. Well, at least until now. This little gem has changed my floor mopping world. It has two settings, so as not to confuse people. Light & Normal. If I had to pull the mop out, there isn't anything “light” about my clean up haha. After you fill the reservoir and pick your setting it heats up real quick. The mop head spins and the pads have enough texture to “scrub” but not damage your floors. They attach to the mop with velcro patches so they are really easy to take off and put on. I do have to mention that if they aren't nearly perfectly centered it does play havoc when the mop heads are spinning and makes it a little harder to control. It takes very little effort to move this mop around my floor to the point that it's almost self-propelling. It has a very low profile so it fits in even the smallest places. Now that I have this one, I'm pretty sure I'd be lost without it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hardwood and tile in my house and have used this steam mop on both. It is very easy to use and definitely will clean your floors. It seems to work a little better on tile than hardwood. While the pads picked up dirt and grime off both surfaces, the mop left the tile with more of a sheen after cleaning. All this said, I just don't see the utility of the electric steam mop. It isn't heavy, but does take up fair amount of space. It also needs to be plugged in, meaning you have to move it as you move from room to room and obviously it uses electricity. But perhaps most importantly, the mop doesn't seem to really make my floors any cleaner than they were before I owned it. In sum, the mop works but doesn't make the mopping process more efficient or the end results better.
All this mop does is move dirty, hot water around the floor.
