After many alerts of its arrival it still has not arrived days later. This is not the only order this has happened. After several years of excellent delivery what has happened ??

Absolutely worth every penny! Super small, durable, stays PUT! And doesnt move unless you want it to. easy to clean and looks amazing on pur metal counter top cutting space. works unbelievably well! I did too much research and settled on this one. We sharpen our kitchen knives once a week...this made my life so much easier.

I like this sharpener because it has a suction cup to stick to the counter and I don't have to hold it. That is the main thing. So far, it has worked in sharpening a couple knives and has worked on my scissors. So far I am happy with it. Will be using it as needed to keep my new knife set sharp. And the price was right!

came apart after two weeks

Didn’t expect this sharpener to work as well as it does. I bought it because it was advertised as being able to do serrated blades. I was doubtful but desperate. Long story short it has done an excellent job on the serrated blades. Also when the lever is depressed the sharpener stays where its put, another plus.

Brillian sharpener for all kinds of knives and scissors I was surprised at the size at first, it takes up so little room and fits into a drawer easily. I ordered this because it could do serrated knives, regular knives and scissors. I've had electric sharpeners and honing stones, in the past. This is the simplest, best ever way to sharpen in a few seconds. I do 5-10 pulls back on step 1 and 5-10 pulls back on step 2 every time I used my knives, and they are like razors. The electric sharpener I used to use removed too much metal, so I was careful not to use often. Now I use them often and they stay very sharp all the time. I have some expensive serrated and un-serrated Japanese

Totally useless.

did not get the item ( knife sharpener,) that you were happy to take money for. Why do you not have people to double check the orders? When we order something it's because we have a need and on a fixed income it's a big deal to pay for something we don't get and it leaves us without the money to reorder.
