Things like this are necessary for every day in our home. The phone holder does it's job extremely well. Some of these have a tendency to drop the phone, especially on rough terrain. It was good to have when I did use it because it's easy to move and set. I've tried it in different sized poles/objects, as long as you tighten it tight enough. The magnetic part was strong, but at certain angles it wasn't as strong. I would recommend if you need something to hold your phone.

I only owned this product for 3 days and the back magnetic strip gave off. We tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay on at all. We couldn't return it because we had already opened it threw away the box it came in. This is very disappointing because I really looked forward to using the device being helpful. But it didn't work at all and I'm sorry for those who continue to buy this product. I hope this review helps them to see how bad they are

This item didn't work on any of the 5 different cell phones we and our family own. It was a gift for a stroke victim who has trouble with dropping his phone. This has no magnet at all. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT!
