Sharper Image Smart Scale

Replaced a nearly 10 year old previous model, same brand but different manufacturer. Hope this one lasts as long! Works great so far. I do connect the app occasionally to keep track of weight but most of the time I don't bother.

Scale seems to work, mostly. The scale is extremely sensitive to where you stand, and you can get completely different readings based on where you are standing, as well as if the floor is not perfectly level. Scale claims to connect to the app but bluetooth has yet to work. When it is working it seems okay, but it is just too finicky to be happy with it.

Step on it 3X. Get 3 different readings. No directions. Says "err" alot. Button on back is set for pounds; floor is flat: still doesn't work right.

If you are reading reviews , please note the 5 stars are NOT for these scales but for a ring. Unfortunately I didn't read all the reviews before buying it or I never would have bought it. 1. This scale did not pair with my Bluetooth. 2. I followed directions and stepped on scale barefoot but it kept saying to step on scale barefoot and I was! It showed my weight as 76 lbs. I haven't weighed 76 lbs in 60 years! 3. Directions don't help when you can't even use the app. 4. There is not any suggestions for troubleshooting.

I just wanted a scale and this was the worst decision ever. Turns on for 5 seconds and then turns off. Hasn't weighed me once. And you HAVE to use your phone to even use the scale. Also the app makes you watch ads…. I just want to weigh myself on a normal scale and for $22 I can't even get that.

It was completely apart right out of the box. We thought we could.maybe assemble it but it didnt work. was absolute trash but Walmart made it right with us.

it didn't work. i tried two different sets of batteries. it showed 41 pounds and I know for a fact that is wrong

I dislike the fact that you have to use the app in order for the scale to work.
