I've used a few variations of creatine but monohydrate is the best and most effective. The Equate brand is quality and gets the job done. No need to spend more on a higher-dollar label. This is the same stuff in a $70 tub. This is the only creatine I use. Highly recommended.
I was skeptical but I i did a lot of research to determine daily creatine was right for me. There is an endless amount of false information volunteered by so-called experts on social media. Many independent scientific studies have proven that the vast majority of supplements ether do nothing or are potentially harmful with heavy metals and the toxicity of feeding your body a high volume of processed nutrients than it can't necessarily metabolize. Creatine is one of the only supplements that actually works backed by a huge volume of peer reviewed data. Daily creatine(5mg/day) effects vary but maintaining a therapeutic blood level of creatine is proven to increase the volume of water in your skeletal muscle and some of your smooth muscle. Proven to improve preformance and hydration with very little to no side effects. Naturally, information volunteered by many fitness influencers may suggest stacking which is totally unnecessary because it takes a maximum of 4 weeks for your body to reach therapeutic levels. Stacking ANY powder in high volumes is going to cause bowel problems. For a moment consider how many powders your body is already ingesting. Protien? Pre-workout? Be smart, economical, practical and take a daily dose of 5mg/day for 4 weeks unless you need to bulk up for something in less than 4 weeks. Equate brand is the least expensive creatine. Yes, isolate doesn't metabolize as well as HCL but that's irrelevant because stacking is unnecessary and you are reaching for a maintained healthy level. The results for me personally were huge in only 2 weeks because i don't eat a lot of red meat, but after 4 weeks people should notice and increase in preformance and recovery. I'm over 40 and I can work out and recover everyday by rotating muslce groups. The performance improvement i experienced was about and extra 10-15% more weight/reps and an undefinable increase in energy. I gained weight after an injury so i cramped easy before i started taking daily creatine. Just one 5mg scoop once a day for under 19¢ a day
I definitely don't recommend taking it just with water. Because there's a taste and it's given me a headache But mixing it with my protein powder seems to Do the trick ... all in all Can't really beat the price
This product is awesome. It has given me a boost in the gym by helping to hydrate muscles. I had no stomach problems ( only an issue in about 1% of people). I used a “Pre-loading phase” which was 20g per day (not all at one time, spread out to 1 scoop 4 different times per day morning, noon, evening and night dissolved in water ) I did this for 7 days then reverted to the recommended dose of 5g per day. I use it everyday ( I put it in my protein smoothie and you can't taste it at all) and go to the gym about 5 days per week. I will continue to use this product because it is very cost effective and fits my budget. * In hindsight site I probably would have pre-loaded with slightly less than 20 grams per day. Day 6 of pre loading phase I experienced a calf cramp at night only one time ( a symptom of too much creatine) but since I reverted to the 5g per day, I've had no issues.
Iv been using this creatine for the past months now and i do love it, i see results lifting heavier weights stronger, you have to take it every single day you cant skip i do 1 serving only with my protein shake works best it is unflavored too, it last me about 2-3 months its 90 servings you cant beat that for the price.
Toot toot! Well, blow me down! Gather 'round, me hearties, and let me tell ya about this Equate Creatine Monohydrate I found at the Walmart. * It's Cheap as Spinach! * Toot toot! This stuff is dirt cheap, the most budget-friendly powder I ever did see! It gives ya 90 servings, which is plenty of time to get strong to the finish. * Muscles Like Iron! * I've been taking this 5g daily, and it helps me lift heavy, just like me spinach, but without the green leafy mess. It hydrates the muscles well, providing a real boost in the gym, I tell ya! * No Fuss, Just Results! * It's unflavored, and though it can be a tiny bit gritty if ya don't mix it well, it goes down just fine in a protein shake or water. It's pure, no fillers, just honest strength. * Gummies? * I seen they have gummies too, but they taste like orange Tang, and I prefer the power-up of the plain powder. Final Verdict: It's just as good as the fancy brands, but keeps more cash in me pocket! If ya want to be strong, it's a great, affordable choice. Toot toot!
yeah, create mono hydrate is unique in its structure. On how it helps the individual using it.Sometimes it has a problem being distributed to your body. And they found that having a hi lactose property in your fluid helps distribute the creatine better in some cases, except don't mix it with citric fruit juice like orange juice or tomato juice or grapefruit juice, it inhibits the properties and they want to hydrate. Anyway, it's great for you.Happy exercising.Stay healthy
Have been taking this for about 2 weeks, I skipped the loading phase and have just been taking a regular serving daily, I feel like I can already feel a difference, might be in my head but I'll be repurchasing because I like how I feel. Taste is truly unflavored to me, I can even drink it with plain water.
creatine is creatine, they are all the same, this one is bu far the cheapest.. only downfall is flavor. For unflavored, it does have a bitter taste and will change the flavor of your drink slightly. for the price it a good product overall
It's hard to tell if this creative is having effect until using it for several weeks. By then, you have consumed half the powder already. The name brand creatine will have an effect on your muscle recovery and also water weight. The Equate creatine did not have these effects as I expected.
