SheaMoisture African Black Soap Problem Skin Toner, 4.2 oz

I love this toner. After using the Foaming Black Soap, I noticed an increase of redness in my skin and this almost took it completely away instantly. The only negative I noticed, which isnt worth taking away a star, was an increase in oily-ness in my skin. I dont have much of an issue with that, because my foundation is matte, so it evens it out! The African Black Soap Toner leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed without stripping it. It helps control oil, keeps breakouts down, and makes my skin look smoother over time. It can be a little strong at first, so moisturizing after is important, but overall it's a great toner if you want clearer, more balanced skin.

I havent tried this for that long and Ive only been using this in the morning (I use The Ordinary Glycolic Acid toner at night) but so far my skin seems to be reacting well - no issues with dryness/oiliness or new breakouts. This worker really well! Definitely needed to pair with the bamboo charcoal detox foaming facial wash to make sure that my face really felt clean. I however, am not a fan of the atomizer at all! I like it, it has a subtle scent. I use it after I use the facial wash. I apply with a cotton ball and you can see a difference even after one use. My cheeks and face had a nice matte look. Ive never tried a spray toner before so I was excited to try this out. I love that the product has clean ingredients and didnt cause me breakout. It did a decent job of keeping my skin clear with the occasional breakout. Im not crazy about the scent and it being an actual spray, I prefer putting the product on a cotton ball and rubbing it in. The item finally arrived two weeks later than the scheduled date with no updates from the carrier until the day of delivery. The seller was contacted multiple times and their response was that they would contact the carrier and complain. The fluid in the picture vs the fluid in the actual item is darker and the item is .3 fluid ounces less than what was described on the website (4.1 fl oz. vs 4.4fl oz.). Hopefully the darker shade means nothing and that it is not a result of sitting in a hot warehouse.

The formula has changed. The new ingredients on the bottle label are not even listed here in the site ingredient list No one will know until after they purchased the bottle and it's delivered. Even the color is much lighter because of the added ingredients. Toner does not work the same. It has made both my teens breakout in a rash. I always bought this toner because it worked great for the whole family. Now it's no good. Change it back please!
