An experience that encourages me to buy again
The derailer arrived as expected in good condition and apparently functional. I requested a refund because it was not compatible with my bike. Walmart and the seller provided the return and refund promptly.

Shimano makes cheap derailleurs as well as good...
Cheap - and cheaply made. Guess I should buy a better model from Shimano. The cable clamp, adjuster and general mechanics are sloppy and make for vague shifting

Why haven't you sent my part? I would not have ordered from you if I knew you were so slow. I'm very disappointed.
