So very surprised by this item. I bought them because I needed a better fitting headphones for working in the yard. Well not realizing that they weren't in the ear headphones. I wasn't my sure if I could keep them. Well for mowing you can use ear plugs which sounds crazy but it works. You don't have to turn up louder and hurt your hearing and it does all that you would want and need for yard projects outside. Even working out. Highly recommend.

I replaced a 4 year-old pair of AfterShockz with this model. The OpenRun is much lighter and produces much richer sound. They can also get 50% louder than the previous pair. The earpieces are smooth and elegant, not “rubbery” and clunky. The charging cord connects magnetically and full charge only takes 2 hours; quick charge only 30 minutes. Overall, a first class product and a delight to use!

Everything I expected. I would recommend this item to everyone. I have no complaints.

Bought as a gift- they loved them

I am pleased with my purchase, however, I would like to exchange it for the mini version. Since I ordered it online can I return it to the store for exchange?

I understood from the explanation of this device that it could be used as a hearing aid. That's not exactly true. It has no microphone, and cannot be used by itself as a hearing aid. Instead, you must load a "hearing aid app" on your smart phone and use that app to send the sound from the smart phone's microphone to the device. This is awkward to say the least. No thanks!

Sound is good. Fit so so. Have to leave it on the charger otherwise after a day or two of no use there's no battery power

My 3rd pair. they last about 3 years.

These work fine but if you have a large head they are not very comfortable. They sit on the front portion of the ear while the band across the back jams into your scalp.

In the beginning they worked great. loved the sound quality. Satring last week they keep disconnecting from phone. I connect them then make a call they disconnect before the person I called answers. Reconnect and before I can say anything they disconnect again.
