Awesome headset - storage case keeps it fully charged during the day when not in use - have not had the battery run low - clear audio %26 very comfortable. Only reason not giving 5 stars is that its not the brand as advertised but a generic no name brand nor sure of durability

I am OCD and I absolutely love the simple yet clean sleek design and fit not only of the earpiece itself but also the case which easily fits in any pocket. Very easy to pair and use not to mention it works as advertised…seamlessly switching between my two iPhones as I place and receive calls, texts, etc. I would expect this type of quality from something costing so much more. Highly recommended, search no more!

This headset is perfect for meeting or conference calls. I use it every day in the office, it automatically connects to my Dell laptop as soon as I take it out of the case. When not in use, I keep it in the charging case, it displays the % of the battery. I am thinking to buy a second set for home and traveling use.

Overall this Bluetooth is fine. The answer/power button is not in the best placement. I bump it sometimes accidentally and hang up on the person I'm talking to. Otherwise, it has good sound quality. It is a decent product

I don't like the charging process. I I don't want to have to carry the case around with me to charge it when I need it. I want to be able to plug directly into the earpiece and this device does not give me that option.

Earpiece hurts my ear. Really hurts to the point that I have to take it off after each use. Otherwise works great. No other problems at all.

I ordered this product as a Christmas present for my friend, and was very disappointed when she told what condition it was in when she received it. The packaging was damaged, and the headset looked like it had been used. I paid for a brand new headset, not a second hand one. Its disgusting that someone would even think my friend would put that in her ear, god knows what she might catch. Not good enough Wallmart! We will be returning the headset as soon as possible.

I was really disappointed with this product. Not only does it have a terrible speaker but its mic has worse sound quality than a pair of $20 earbuds that I bought a year ago. I have been told that it sounds like there is constant static while using this Bluetooth headset and when i speak it makes a popping noise too. Disappointing since I bought these purely for the purpose of better sounding microphone to be doing meetings while deliver driving. Also this only comes with one ear bud. You would think the lack of a second earbud would mean that the quality would be higher but you are sorely mistaken. Don't waste your time with this. Look for Bluetooth earbuds that come with mics and make sure the reviews mention the quality of calls with others if you are looking for something that will capture your voice clearly in meetings while on the move. This is a piece of garbage. Today is the 25th of February. I received this item on 01 FEB. I "charged" it today. The charger said it was fully charged. I knew what to expect so, I started the stop watch on my phone. 25.3 seconds later, my phone alerted me that I had only 10% battery life remaining. I won't bother with a return since I don't have the original packaging and, as I said: this thing is garbage. I put it where it belongs; in the trash.
