Silvex Burn Gel 5 Pk by Be Smart Get Prepared

I read the reviews and decided to try this on a burn that was on my arm that wasn't healthy and was still really hurting, I felt relief the minute I put it on. It helped so much with the pain.

this is something everyone needs in their home. a burn can be worse than a cut because birds always give infected this product is amazing ! I rinse my burn, let it dry. i apply generously and COVER. I believe it covered keep it dry for 2 days. discard bandage and check for healing reapply until I feel it's no longer needed. it has always worked for me. I guess if the burn started looking worse I would go to the doctor. never had to do that.

This gel worked great on my radiation burn. It precluded any type of bacteria or fungi from growing. Did supply a little bit of pain relief.

Silver burn gel not only reduces the discomfort but speeds up the healing process immensely. No stinging, just soothing. Watching your wound heal from the outer edge inward is fascinating.

This is an excellent product and is recommended by a registered nurse friend of mine. I had second degree burns on top of my toes and this is what heal it nicely without any infection.

I am getting zero relief. It actually got considerably worse after putting the gel on.
