I love this phone. I don't understand all the negative reviews I've seen on some sites. Lots complain about the fingerprint pad being very bad -- I'm just wondering if they understand that its on the side now and not the back, because mine works perfectly every time. This phone is very much like the A20 I had that was more expensive.

This is supposed to be a replacement of my Samsung but isn't. It is important if transferring data that you enable wireless for both machines. Also the initial going is very rough to discourage thieves and robot or AI intruders.

This phone is just ok, my expectations may have been higher than the quality, good 1st phone for your child except it has to be plugged in 1/2 of the time. Only holds a charge for maybe a couple hours before it is time to change again. Hopefully it will have enough battery to make a call in an emergency.

Received the phone brand new, absolutely loved it! Went to activate it and could not activate it because the "company" VIPOUTLET purchased it from did not "scan" the phone before sending it to them. So therefore, I have a phone that I cannot use or be replaced. But VIPOUTLET did tell me they put in a refund request and apologized multiple times for this inconvenience. I'm so upset and confused. I don't understand how you purchase a phone but it has not been scanned. Makes no sense to me. But accidents happen. Will post an update in 2-7 business days if I get refunded or not.

I am so disappointed because apparently Walmart did NOT scan this phone before delivering it to me at my house. I called straight talk and they said there is nothing they can do to help me. I am handicapped and don't have a vehicle to run up to Walmart whenever I want to. besides walking is painful for me. I really needed this phone to work and now it's just sitting here. I have proof of purchase so this is ridiculous that "Straight Talk" cant help me over the phone . The phone looks ok but I have no clue how the service is. Will update rating if anything changes.

I ordered 2 of these phones. I was pleased to see that they were in perfect condition when they arrived and came in a timely manner. However as I call to have them activated. I was told I could not active them as they were not scanned before leaving the distribution center as they were supposed to be. Not happy!

I bought this phone for my nephew for his birthday. His birthday was just this past Sunday and it was the first time we open the phone and the screen was cracked I log onto Walmart app and it says it's not eligible for return. All we really want to do is exchange it

This phone was not activated at the warehouse before it was shipped to me, as I bought it on line, and I spent 3 days waiting for customer service to get the it department to activate the phone only to find out today that the request was not sent to IT. Extremely poor service. I also lost subscription time with the wait

Ordered this phone on March 6th, had problems from the start!!! First, they sent a charger with double Universal Plugs...how can I charge the phone? Customer Service tells me that I have to wait 3 weeks for e return shipping label Then trying to set the phone up it send a 2 Step Verification to the WRONG NUMBER!! GO IN PERSON TO WALMART DO NOT ORDER FROM walmart.com I've had nothing but PROBLEMS with walmart.com, and I will NO LONGER BE ORDERING FROM THEM!
