Yeah but
I like your service so 5 stars but I had a old phone that I used y'all's service on before and I went to put the new sim card in that I paid service on and it said it has a network lock on it. How is it possible that y'all locked the network on a phone y'all had service with last with my account?

To others, after your order confirmation is sent, within a day or a delivery email is sent to you. Open the email and your pin number will be given., Write it down. call simple mobile,or use the automatic texting feature on your phone to refill your service with this pin

Forget spewing out $100s a month.
Great phone plan, greater cost! I get all the speed I need, all the capabilities as any one else. The only thing I don't get is a gigantic bill every month.

It was so easy to purchase minutes for my son who was in a car accident and have it loaded directly to his phone. Made things so easy!!!

Works just fine. Not the best deal, you can get 10x the data for the dame price from other service providers. Customer service is basically non-existent and pretty useless.

Waste of money and given false info
Couldn't even use because your website said my phone was compatible to transfer my service then when I got the kit you wouldn't let me transfer it said my phone wasn't eligible so was a complete waste of money that i can't use I wouldn't recommend simple mobile to anyone

Once you buy a phone card, you cannot Return it. You are stuck with that purchase.Whether you're able to use that card or not 🤨 Not cool

I bought a direct top up Simple mobile plan. It did not add airtime. I had to buy another plan from the simple mobile app.

I never even got the pin send to my email. I spent $25 on literally nothing at all. Now my phone is still not activated.
