I was use to Apple phone and this phone is an ok substitute. i still have to get use to the functions but feel its not a bad product for me since I'm on a small fixed income. Since I dont make a lot of calls or text it is a good value not being on a service plan.

I like the convenience of ordering. no more trips to stores to refill,saves me gas,and it doesn't take long for my order to get processed. I have no complaints!

No longer able to order?
I bought this plan 60 days ago, it worked as expected. I tried to purchase it again today twice. Both times the order was immediately cancelled by Walmart with no explanation. Judging by tracfone offerings on their web site, it appears that since Verizon bought Tracfone, they want to turn it into...well...Verizon. It appears they're trying to kill off the appeal of the pay as you go type of cell phone, which was probably why they bought it in the first place. It's a shame, Tracfone was great until Verizon got them.

I never received my digital card through my email it just showed it delivered, but I didn't receive anything and I talked to someone yesterday and said I would have it today, and I still haven't received anything 🙃
