Great quality from an aspirational company. A must have if you're tired of the other foot-pedal, hands-free trash cans breaking after regular use and I don't foresee this one breaking ever because of its unique, quality design! Even has a handy trash bag storage discreetly on/inside the back of it!

It's plastic, so it won't get dented like a previous stainless steel trash can. But it looks really good, not cheap. The metal band around the top that covers the edge is clean looking. The hinge is nicely wide so I don't see it breaking like my last one. Also, I like the pocket in the back that holds extra trash bags. It was a good choice.

We bought this to replace the previous Simple Human trash can that we had for more than 15 years. This has the same excellent quality and a beautiful design!

This is just what I wanted and needed. I've had it for 6 months now and no issues. The Costco 13 gallon kitchen bags work with this and so do the Great Value Walmart brands one. I have had no leaks into the can or breaks or problems. It looks so sleek yet fills the garbage bags up completely (they're not half empty when I take the bag out). I so love this. And the Simple human warranty on it is awesome so it's reassuring that I can get it replaced if I have troubles in a year or two. It is so sleek and solid, heavy towards the top. I have nothing negative to say! Take my word for it and just buy it!

I love the pink color and the easy use of this step can. The size and attractiveness makes this can a winner. I replaced an older simplehiman can because the color adds to our kitchen colors. All of the features make for the perfect step can. The slow closing lid is perfect! We are thankful for the addition of colors. Thank you!

The garbage can matches my kitchen very nicely with the gold/brass accent. The can isn't as sturdy as I thought it would be. I'm used to my simple human stainless can which is heavy. This one might be better bc it prob won't get all dented up like my stainless did.
