It seems expensive but our other one lasted about 15 years, and my husband and really like how well it works.

This dispenser works really, really well. I'm not generally a fan of touchless technology, but I love this Simplehuman product. I appreciate that you can dispense more or less soap based on how far away you hold your hand from the sensor. It's also very easy to refill. After testing out my first sensor pump, I purchased additional dispensers for myself and my mother, who (at 91) doesn't have enough hand strength and coordination to use a normal pump dispenser.

After having the larger liquid sensor pumps for over a period of approximately five years with several of the pumps going out, I am looking forward to switching to these smaller-size, updated pumps and hopefully the four-month charge time will actually work. Hoping these smaller, updated liquid sensor sensor pumps will perform over the long run more efficiently than their predecessors.

Very impressive company we've had these products for years and when one failed to perform without hesitation, they sent a replacement which works fine, very impressive and I will continue doing business with this company when they treat their guests like this amazing without hesitation

I recently upgraded all of the motion sensor soap dispensers for my home I purchased in 2020. This new model is incredible and addresses all of the upgrades I wish the old model had. No more changing batteries 3-4 times a year…It is rechargeable!! It holds a lot more soap…. less times you need to refill…. It's light weight! Simple on/off switch for cleaning. I would highly recommend this product, especially if you want something beautiful and high end in your bathrooms.

Hello, I am a loyal long term customer of yours. I have purchased 4 dispensers for my self and 4 to gift to both my children. I love your product but get irritated when it does not deliver soap. I have thrown away two after repeated cleaning and following all of your instructions. The one I am using now has been better over the older models. But right now it is not dispensing soap even after I cleaned it thoroughly with alcohol wipes. While charging the blue light just shuts off after a few seconds. Though I left it over night. The red light flashes when I try to dispense soap. Please help. Frustrated! Renuka Reddy

My new favorite kitchen essential. I was impressed by the packaging before I even opened the box. Extremely well thought out. That soap pump was not going to get scratched nor crushed in transit. Job well done! And the 9oz soap pump is fantastic. Serves up the perfect amount of liquid soap each time. So nice being able to wash my hands without spreading germs while prepping chicken for dinner. Makes me happy 😊 Such a minor item has made a huge impression.

I have had the previous version for a few years. When i moved to a place with 3 bathrooms, i wanted dispensers in all three. I will get one for the kitchen also. These are reliable and i really like the touchless dispensing. They feel like a quality product. I was happy to see these are now rechargeable as the model i had was battery powered. My only criticism is that the previous model had a more attractive design.

I had the 2009 model of this soap dispenser, so naturally when the motor finally started going out on the old one, I had to buy the same brand that had lasted me 17 years! I love the rechargeable feature, the on/off switch (because I like to wipe it down every few days without dispensing soap everywhere) and the distance to soap amount dispensed feature. PLUS- the oil rubbed bronze matches my sink faucet so perfectly it looks like they were made by the same manufacturer. Awesome and highly recommended. I'm using it with the basic Dawn dish soap by my kitchen sink.

I purchased this pump after my original one of many years stopped working. I was totally surprised to see that this pump is smaller in height and diameter than my original one and the pumping action/amount of soap dispensed is less than my original. I love Simple Human products and own several. This is the first time I have been disappointed.
