I love this product

I haven't had an old school mop in over 10 years. This one reminds me of it, but way better because of its functions! I used to have one that was a string mop on a wooden stick. I would wring it out by hand, and though difficult, it was the best mop I ever had. When I moved, I tossed it and was given a rectangular swiffer mop. Those do not do a good job and they're expensive with the amount of pads you have to regularly buy! This Simpli Magic mop though is just what I needed! I bought the commercial grade one instead of the regular because it was on sale for $29.99, and it has a handle to pull it around the house! I love that it's an easy portable mop bucket! It also has 2 spin areas. One is inside of the water and the other is in the drying metal area. The mop head is soft and it really does a great job cleaning! I would only change 2 things about this product. For one, this product only came with 1 mop head. With it being on sale, that's fine. But for full price, I think it should of came with atleast 2 extra mop heads as I saw other spin mops have. The one will do for now though! The second thing I would change is the mop water. I wish there was a separate area for clean water and dirty water. I know commercial mop buckets just have the shared water area so it's normal, but it would be more hygienic to have a clean water area and a dirty water area. Other than that though, this mop is amazing and I hope to have it for a long time!

At first I was skeptical, but to my surprise, it worked. I really needed a mop that wrung out well, and it does! now I need to know where to get extra mop heads.

Cleans very good... The only problem I found right now is wheels are not turning and pull handle is flimsy. Very happy with my purchase.

Was suppose to have extra mop heads and only one came with it

I couldn't use the item! Mop pole handle arrived broken so the whole system is useless! Seller didn't response any messages! However, Walmart did it right and issued a refund for the item! Thank you Walmart! Sadly, I can't recommend buying items from a third party seller! Very frustrating experience! Beware!
