I could feel the difference in my feet and legs by the third day of taking the capsules. My lower feet, legs and toes are warmer and more pliable. A word of caution. Don't take a capsule be going to bed..the one capsule that I took just before going to bed had my lower legs/feet burning.
i have been having vein varicose for many yrs, i have went to vein care specialist and they did procedures on both legs , it helped in the begging but then threw out the yrs it came back but worse, not getting enough of circulation and alot of pains and my veins were popping out very bad that it was hard n bubbly and i was getting worried, even my sister was concerned not even compression socks helped, all i did is fight my pains, im on my feet alot when im at work n their were times i wanted to cry, but one day i decided to search in my walmart app for something that can help me and bang i came across this item and reading the reveiws and all were 5 stars, i decided to take a chance on it, this product has done wonders and my veins pains are really getting better, i can stand more longer at work, i can walk better. im so happy , if i would done a pic of before and after of the back of my knee and after to show that this product really works, i for sure will keep be ordering this product again, i highly recommed it for those who has this issue, buy it you wont regret it, long reveiw but my testomony of this priduct:)
