Have been using for several years and have had less sinus/migraine headaches by using 2-3 x daily, especially before bed. Have read that by using after being out during cold/flu season can be helpful in rinsing out virus/bacteria in nasal passages. Not sure if there is any validity to that claim, but if you are using it anyway, why not use in that manner. Also there is a less stronger saline that is also available.

I suffer from severe sinus problems and this Simply Saline gets to the blockage, opening passages making it so much easier to breathe!
