Love. Love. Love this machine! I upgraded from the basic Singer Heavy Duty this time. Wow! Love all the extra bells and whistles this machine offers. From the extra stitches to the larger, digital screen. This machine surpassed all of my prior expectations! I used my last Singer Heavy Duty machine for specific HEAVY sewing. This machine is so easy to use I haven’t gone back to my regular sewing machine for anything! Great machine!

This is a user friendly machine for more than your usual light sewing. I make tote bags and items that have bulky corners. This machine will go right over those easy which was what I was looking for. I have the confidence quilter by Singer and the features are similar except this one can sew heavier seams. So far so good on this machine. I was a little hesitate to buy it because of the bad reviews of the modern Singer machines. It is heavy duty as stated, but not a industrial machine.

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. She hemmed up a couple of pairs of my jeans. Worked good.

Heavy duty sewing machine with nearly 500 different embroidery stitches! I love the fact that this machine is 'heavy duty' so it will sew through stiff and thick fabrics like vinyl, denim, canvas without stopping and with ease! Love the automatic threader on it which actually works (most on sewing machines rarely work well!) and the LED screen is a nice touch!!!! I like the 'Play' and 'pause' buttons which let you sew without using the presser foot! Like 'cruise control' for your sewing machine! The 'mirror' function is valuable too, in that if you want the embroidery to go in the opposite direction, just hit that button and it's mirror imaged!!! Great machine at a good price!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I was looking for a great sewing machine that was at least affordable for me i came accross this one and when i found it the price was just perfect for me. from start to finish I am a very pleased and happy customer as when I went to put it in the cart it gave a description of what it was and what it all would come with and upon recieving at a fairly speedy delivery right away it was packaged nicely and un damaged upon opening and inspecting it everything was there like it should of been and it came with fairly easy instructions on how to set it up to use right away since recieving it I got to give it a trial run and come to find out its not noisy at all and worked better then imagened and quit easy for a beginer like myself. I would highly recommend buying from this seller i hope you wont be disappointed cause so far i am not at all disappointed. So yes I give it 5 stars and if I need to i would deal with this place again.

The Singer HD 6700C is a good sewing machine that is easy to use for an experienced seamstress but it's not for a beginner. It's not as heavy duty as I hoped for; however, I am used to sewing on an industrial sewing machine, so I guess my hopes were too high. I went online and printed the instructions, found them easy to follow. It will sew on heavier fabrics but not like an industrial machine. If you are a home seamstress and sew on normal weight fabrics, it is excellent, I would recommend it. It runs smoothly, would be great for quilters, for making clothing, household items and curtains. Overall, I would give the machine a 9 out of 10.

plastic bobbins are terrible spent most of my time dealing with it than sewing. Also, would prefer to have the user manuals with the product, some people might not have access to internet, other than bobbin situation a good machine

How can a sewing company sell a computerized sewing machine without an instruction manual. SINGER. You are disappointing your customers plus your reputation as a sewing machine manufacturer. This was the first time I ever reviewed a product and no operator manual.
