I really enjoyed this product as I take creatine on a regular basis. It was so convenient to just pop a few tablets and go. The chews' taste is not bad and goes down easily. The boost while working out was pretty good and recover was easy. It's not as much of a boost as other creatine products but that's to be expected seeing as this doesn't have added caffeine or anything else. It's creatine and that's it. Overall, I'm happy with it. I was able to take it in the evening and still go to sleep a couple hours later. That makes it worth it to me.

Their paradise punch flavor is easy to digest and doesn't leave any bad taste lingering around in your mouth such as other supplements do. And the chews are way easier and better tasting than traditional supplements that are needed to be mixed with water.

I love the concept that somebody could eat a couple good tasting chews and get creatine as a benefit. However, you have to eat three chews in order to get 3 G of creatine and I do think you should get more than that. That would be my only complaint. Outside of that, the taste is perfectly good and the concept is solid. And, three chews equates to only 5 G of carbohydrates...also a plus.

I absolutely love the concept and the flavor- but I think the dose being 3g instead of standard 5g is a bummer. It does recommend taking serving 1 to 2 times a day, but with the amount of added sugar/calories per serving- I'm not trying to take 8 grams of added sugar or 40 calories for my daily creatine supplement. I wish they used a different sweetener. I'd buy if that was improved!

I like to try new formats of Creatine as it gets boring fast, especially the powder version. I've tried these chews for a few days now and I've noticed that they get the job done and tastes fine. My only concern is the texture. It has a powdery feeling/chalky after you eat multiple.

The taste is not so bad but these chews are soooo big. One serving is 3 tablets/chews and is recommended to take 1-2 servings per day! I couldn't get past chewing 2 of them so I had to spit it out, can't review if it actually works. Maybe should come up with a smaller tablet.
