These taste great! They are a hard tablet that you chew up and I love that rather than having to mix it because I can just toss them in my gym bag to take with me on the go! I can definitely tell the days I skip taking them, they seem to really help!

The chews' taste is not bad and goes down easily. The boost while working out was pretty good and recover was easy. It's not as much of a boost as other creatine products but that's to be expected seeing as this doesn't have added caffeine or anything else. It's creatine and that's it. Overall, I'm happy with it. I was able to take it in the evening and still go to sleep a couple hours later. That makes it worth it to me.

First the instructions were very hard read, tiny print.i had to get a magnifying glass. Taste: the lemon lime taste is very mild, but it has like a cream taste to it.. I only took one because I work nights so I was doing a side job to was walking around and they did feel a sense of ease of power as I was moving and gave me more momentum on my movements. I did not lift any weights, but when I was doing planks when I got home, I felt more mental stamina and I was able to do one minute plank which I was not able to do.

I absolutely love the concept and the flavor- but I think the dose being 3g instead of standard 5g is a bummer. It does recommend taking serving 1 to 2 times a day, but with the amount of added sugar/calories per serving- I'm not trying to take 8 grams of added sugar or 40 calories for my daily creatine supplement. I wish they used a different sweetener. I'd buy if that was improved!

I really enjoy the concept of chewable creatine because it makes taking this supplement very easy. What I did not enjoy was how hard these tablets were. It becomes tedious to chew 3 massive, hard tablets. The flavor was nice with minimal aftertaste, but I would not purchase these in the future

The taste is not so bad but these chews are soooo big. One serving is 3 tablets/chews and is recommended to take 1-2 servings per day! I couldn't get past chewing 2 of them so I had to spit it out, can't review if it actually works. Maybe should come up with a smaller tablet.
