If you need sustained energy, without a jittery feeling, Six Star Pre-Workout is for you. But be careful what you ask for, as this product will deliver. As with any new product I use, my recommendation is to start slow. Also, I use lower amounts of pre-work before doing cardio exercise, as that type of exercise will inherently raise your pulse rate, so not much need for an outside source. That being said, this product delivers a 'Yeah!' feeling, which makes longer workouts (or doing projects around the house/errands) much mo' betta! Personally, I mix up servings and keep them cold in the fridge, ready to go. It is a little tart, but personally, I like that because it lets me know, 'Houston, we are Go Fly!' One other side note, try this product earlier in the day, as the energy lasts a long time. So if going to workout at 7pm and you are normally in bed by 1030pm, less is more. The six star pre workout is under dosed especially the L- Citrulline and no L- Arginine but it does work for the price and quality of the product and loaded with enough caffeine to get through an individual workouts. You can get a separate L- Citrulline and L- Arginine supplement from another brand to add to this six star pre workout for more energy and blood flow.

I typically get the rocket ice flavor, this time I am going to try the fruit punch. I will trust that regardless of the flavor, it will give me that boost to do a great workout. Hopefully the flavor is satisfying and all will be wonderful.

Love the product itself, however this review can not be given 5 stars due to Walmart scam of the product. This is on sale for $15.20 when purchased for a pick up order, which I did, however the pick up order stated the pre-workout was unavailable. I went into Walmart to find another kind since this was “unavailable” and wouldn't ya know it there on the shelf was 4 jars of this exact product, however, in store you pay full price not the sale price. The price difference is not a huge difference but the fact that Walmart stated it's unavailable and there were actually 4 leads me to think I need to start paying attention to these “unavailable” items as Walmart is scamming customers so they have to pay full price for their “online pick up sale price” items. I ordered creatine and I thought this was the same thing but flavored. I was told to take two scoops of creatine for my rheumatoid arthritis. My sister has done it and it works. Well I took two scoops of this and shook, itched and almost went to ER over it that it was so bad. I found out that it was not flavored creatine. The words are so small you can't tell what it is much less the directions. It was a very horrible day for me. It started with the same words as creatine.

Batch to batch variability on six star products is high - had a couple canisters that tasted like rat poison and then the company (six star) made it a giant hassle to get replacements sent Not the first time I've had issues with six stars terrible customer service Tons of other pre-workout products and companies out there - look to these instead of six star

Not bad tasting, does provide you with energy for your workout however the itching/tingling sensations were unbearable and I never took a full scoop because just with the little dose I tested cause strong heart palpitations.
