I like the flavor on this product better than some of the others on the market, it doesn't really taste like the frozen rocket pops of the old days, but Icy Rocket Freeze is still good as itself. Gives a great boost of energy for my workouts and runs. I take it about a half hour before I start mixing with water. It doesn't cause me any heartburn, even on an empty stomach.

Poured this Blue Raspberry pre-workout down the hatch and it hit harder than a saloon door in a windstorm. Tastes sweet with a little bite, goes down smooth, and gets the engines runnin' before the iron starts flyin'. About 20 minutes later, I was fired up, focused, and ready to throw weights like I was breakin' horses. No shaky hands, just clean energy and a solid pump. If you're lookin' for a dependable pre-workout that won't rob your gold pouch, this one earns its spurs.

Doesn't taste great, but for the price, this product is worth it. It has been suggested that I also mention concentration, side effects, unflavored, and mass.

Taste is awesome. Unlike some I tried that had a fake sweetener taste this one does not. It tastes and smells great fruit punch. I take it every morning and I highly recommend it it.

This product is great before work outs or even if you just need a little boost of energy to get you through your day. There are several flavors to choose from best part they all taste great! You can't beat the price either definitely affordable.

There are so many pre workout brands it can get complicated to select.. six star has been my go to for years. Walmart has the best selection on flavors ! I use a scoop before working out, a cleaning day at home or even a mid day energy boost. I get so much accomplished and it doesn't give that jittery feeling

It's great, and it tastes good too. My girlfriend and I use it, and we both love the energy boost during our workouts. Totally worth buying. It does have a weird side effect if you wait too long to start working out. Like, it makes you feel weird? Idk how to describe it, but just drink it right before the workout.

The six star pre workout is under dosed especially the L- Citrulline and no L- Arginine but it does work for the price and quality of the product and loaded with enough caffeine to get through an individual workouts. You can get a separate L- Citrulline and L- Arginine supplement from another brand to add to this six star pre workout for more energy and blood flow.

I typically get the rocket ice flavor, this time I am going to try the fruit punch. I will trust that regardless of the flavor, it will give me that boost to do a great workout. Hopefully the flavor is satisfying and all will be wonderful.

Its not the best tasting protein powder ive ever had but it does the job and its not filled with a bunch of sugar like other brands plus the price is a great price also. Ive only tried the chocolate flavor which is pretty good although i usually mix fruit with my protein shake but the taste is decent.
