This 2.0 taste is way better than the old one. for me it works best for stamina and if you wanna add the benefit for weight loss, if you like that tingly sensation, then this is for you. Just watch your caffeine intake in you add more than one scoop.

Nice flavor, color, texture, refreshing, texture, taste, quality. Really good for pre workout, it gives you energy for also every daily routine of exercise. The results are amazing and the frequency of your body in each composition are really working.

First time trying pre workout, took 2 servings for start , 30 mins before the workout. Had a buzz throughout the workout and had a lot more energy even after finishing the workout. Definitely added focus and hyped me up for the workout. Effects were very observable. However, I think I took too much and I am currently struggling to sleep even after 12 hrs of taking the supplement. Will reduce dosage to 1 serving and take it 3 hrs before the workout in future. Hopefully it doesn't affect my sleep and recovery.

I was advised that when training late in the evening after work and if you need the extra burst of energy I should try this. I did have a sample and took half the serving and found that I had the mental stimulation to push myself harder. Now taking that into consideration I didn't go to bed after 4 hours my normal time. Taking this into consideration having earlier might be a good thing plus drinking water after the session is great. The heart rate does go up a notch so you have to be careful of how much you take

This tastes amazing! Exactly like mango juice. Personally I'm not very delicate when it comes to caffeine so I don't find it very strong. I can usually do 2 scoops and feel only the slightest amount of kick for my workout! Will definitely finish it just because of the taste

I typically work out at night, so having caffeine for my workouts is not ideal. However, I drink this as a coffee replacement and it helps a lot with early morning classes! I feel very awake and fresh after drinking it. The taste is sweet and fruity without being over powering. I have not noticed any change in having more or less acne. I usually use the amount of half a scoop in an 8 ounce glass, as a full scoop causes my fingers to tingle (I'm sensitive to caffeine).

I use this preworkout powder to warm up my body and prepare for a heavy workout. I do HIIT and sometimes my body feels a bit sluggish so having such boost helps a lot. I have compared working out with and without it, so quality wise I feel like I can push harder after taking the product. Since it's mostly caffein I use it every other day 30 minutes before my workout. It is supposed to give you tingles so that reaction is normal. I get almost burning stinging feeling on the fingertips and sometimes neck/face. It goes away fairly soon regardless of whether you're working out or not. I definitely do not recommend more than one scoop a day. Overall I was glad to find my favorite product (it got the best taste of all). It was discontinued and sold out on every other website or store so I bought all that was left in Peach-Mango flavor. The processing and shipping was extremely fast. Super happy with the purchase.

Taste is ok, but its more like a juice than pre workout or weight loss. Its was not effective for weight loss and for pre workout there are better products. The dosage depends on your goals, the minimum is at least two doses for weight loss and as a pre wokout, so cost/benefit is not so good
