Keeping hands busy. I bought this as a Mothers Day gift for my auntie. She has advancing Dementia and constantly picks and/or pulls things apart. The last time we were together, she was tearing slices of ham. This "busy" item is colorful enough to catch and keep her attention and prevents us from fussing about associated behaviors.

Bright colors and nice shapes but the kit only came with two strings. Would of been nice to have a few more strings, especially if working with more than two students. I am using these beads as part of my play-base assessment for prek.
