Skullcandy Hesh ANC Foldable on-Ear Headphones, True Black

They are very comfortable and the noise cancelling and Bluetooth works well. They are user-friendly, compact, and they look good. The headphone over-ear pieces swivel which is nice, but sometimes the swivel joints can catch and pinch hair in between. And when you expand the arch part (shown in picture) to make them bigger, it exposes a smaller inner arch piece, and the corners of the outer arch piece are a little sharp.

Okay, so I have to admit that when putting the Hesh ANC Wireless Noise Cancelling headphones up against higher cost more established renowned brands such as Bose, Sony etc, I was open minded, yet skeptical of setting my expectations high. Skull candy has always seemed to have a rep for being on the cheaper end ( no secret to that ) more accessible and marketed to the younger models. With all of that said, my expectations were shattered. While unboxing the Hesh ANC's I want to list a few of the mental notes I had taken for my self in thought while I checked off every box on the check list. The box felt light, almost like nothing was in there! I actually thought it might have been empty! Lol. My first thought though was that they seemed a bit smaller than the imaging online, and its packaging makes it seem. Not an issue, just a note. They are light, they are versatile and immediately you can see that the quality of the materials is a bit more than expected. They feel solid, yet flexibly adjustable with ability to rotate, extend, and fold for portability. To add to portability they include a decently nice carry pouch, that should offer basic protection. Then I put them on, initially they feel very comfortable while wearing, and dome my ears perfect, which I've never had before. Iistening to some music first while in power off mode the music sound crisp, but volume was a bit low I felt. These headphones are wireless, giving it Bluetooth capabilities, also housing a built in microphone to my surprise as I wasn't sure if they did or not. My first impression of this product when powered on in a room with others and mild noise, turning on noise cancelation is automatic. And. Wow. Absolutely stunned by the experience with skull candies new ANC headphones. The noise cancelation feature is now something I dont see my self living without. There is also the option of "Ambient mode" which does the opposite of the noise canceling feature, and enhances sounds around you, which is very handy when you just can not block out the entire world... the microphone is crisp and the feedback during ambient mode makes hearing the family while say, watching TV, or playing games much easier without lifting an ear or pausing. I've had these now over a week and I've started using these specifically for gaming. Late night when I dont wish to disturb or when I want no disruptions my self. I actually fell asleep with these on with very minimal discomfort afterwards. They are good for longer use.. And possibly the best thing about these headphones is the Battery life, and charge time. The battery life is incredible! 22 hours battery life, fast charges 3 hours play time in less than 10 minutes on the juice. For someone like my self who fails to put everything on the charger, these are great. Overal, These headphones completely blew me away and at the price level, versus its competitors. Its fair to say skull candy has stepped their game Way Up! If I had to mark one thing that does bother me a bit is, that I feel the volume could be a bit higher than its set levels while power and NC is ON. Other than that I give them 5 stars and would recommend these to any and everyone. They would make a Great gift to anyone really. I got these headphone to wear to the gym. And omg! They are everything! They are noise canceling. They come with a really soft bag to store them in. They come with a charging cord. On the side of the headphones there's an on/off button. And 2 buttons to change ur song. They are super easy to connect to Bluetooth. You will hear a little voice that will say “connected”. If you want to keep people away from you then these are the headphone for you. Lol.. I wear these to the gym and no one tried to speak to me because they know I can't hear them. Lol.. I have the expensive headphones that go inside of my ear but they aggravate me. I think wearing headphones is much more comfortable. These stretch out pretty big. They have an extended. So I am able to wear them over my hat. Give these a try! You will not be disappointed! They are awesome!

Let me start by saying these are some of the most comfortable over the ear headphones I've ever used. Normally I prefer ear buds but I needed something for better noise cancelation now that I have a toddler in the house. These do the job amazingly. Everything comes in clear and I can use them for work with no interruptions. The fact they're so comfortable is a bonus because I have to wear them for long periods of time. The photos I uploaded have all the specs on them, honestly I'm not an audiophile so I'm not sure what they all mean. All I know is they work great for me.

These headphones are amazing, ever since I got them, I've been using every single day! It's super comfortable to wear, the noise cancelling is great and the battery last a good amount! Great if you want to listen to music, get some calls and use the noise cancellation in the airplane. Also it is super easy to connect to your phone or computer, I definitely recommend it!

pros: noise cancellation is pretty good for its price they don't fall off your head good for gym very comfortable cons: sound quality could be better isnt as loud as i thought it was gonna be on max volume they disconnect randomly at times bass is okay with songs that already have a lot of bass battery life is not 22 hours😂 overall for the price these aren't terrible. i did expect to be better from all the reviews and videos of them online but i still like them. they're not terrible. the vendor fakes most of his reviews but im here to tell you all the vendor is legit. took around 6 days to get here since it was across the country but yeah. ill give these a 7.5/10

I really like these headphones. They seem to work as they should, other than something like a background white noise or fuzzy sound. I'm not sure if that is how it's supposed to help drown out other noises, but it reminds me of our sound machines that we play for our baby and toddler when they sleep. There are buttons on the side of one of the earmuffs to control everything. I had no problems connecting the Bluetooth. I really liked setting it up to my sound preferences. It made listening to music very enjoyable and personal. The headphones fold in to make them more compact. They fold in and out a few different way depending on what you're using them for which is nice if you want to let other people hear or just yourself. I am very pleased with these and would recommend them to anyone who enjoys quality headphones.

Decent set of ANC Headphones! Very comfortable! Sound is OK....could be louder, but could be much worse too! Includes 3mm jack cord, USB C charging cable (major plus imo), a very nice plush soft carrying case that also has slots to hold your cords on the go! Very nice touch. The controls on the side are extremely easy to navigate with their different textures/symbols so your not fumbling around tryin to push the correct button! very nice light, comfy set of headphones! I love how the ear phones turn in to sit flat on your neck, or fold up small to stuff away in the bag! Very cool! This will change from person to person depending on your head size etc.. but i have worn them for over 4 hours a couple different times with absolutely no discomfort! They stayed comfortable the entire time i wore them which is saying alot because I always have a problem with my headphones getting uncomfy, hot etc... so i was suprised with the comfort of these things! something else to note is the BLUETOOH on these badboys is BEASTLY! I was testing it out and sat my phone down UPSTAIRS in my house...i walked downstairs all the way to the other side of the house and outside to the garage and they were still working! I shut the garage door behind me and they FINALLY started to cut out! So that alone is absolutely AMAZING! The bluetooth on all of my other headphones and ear buds (some MUCH more expensive than these) honestly dont even work half that good! I have a $300 set of ear buds that literally cut out if i have my phone in my right pocket and not the left..and thats with my music source still on my person. so the fact i was able to walk to the basement all the way across the house and out to the garage and still have these things working from my phone upstairs truly amazed me! Great job on the bluetooth connection guys! The mic quality is also actually very good! I have used it a few different time with no problems at all communicating! I even did a little voice recording with them and it sounded really good and clear! Not the quality of a high dollar mic obviously but MORE than good enough for headphones! The one and only negative I can find about the Skull Candy HESH is the fact that there is NO WAY to adjust or customize the eq settings! This headset for some reason does not work with the Skullcandy app and as far as i know there is no way to adjust the settings! Which I have found with many headsets/earbuds in the past that out of the box they dont sound that good, but once i adjust them in the app they sound 10 times better! So i was pretty bummed to learn theres no way to adjust the settings on this particular set of headphones! If that were possible i think these things would sound even better! Like i mentioned, they're loud enough but FAR from "too loud" If i wanted to wear these while mowing that wouldn't be possible, the mower would be too loud! Overall these are a great set of headphones for the price! I am very happy with them and would feel just fine recommending them to someone!

Great set of headphones! Lots of bass, which is expected from Skullcandy. I actually used mine with the sound all the way up because they wouldn't get really loud. The noise cancellation is great and it does work. You can also have a full on conversation wearing these with the feature it has built in to hear your surroundings. The buttons on the headphone are clear to understand. Right out of the box I had 80% battery so that was pretty awesome. They fold up nicely and have a soft case for them to put away in your purse or backpack and they don't take up too much space. 10 minutes of charging is 3 hours of listening time. You can download the tile app and if you lose these headphones somewhere in your house you can locate your headphones. The price is pretty reasonable for what you get. Would definitely give these headphones a try!
