These are so much better than nose strips. No sticky residue or popping off your nose. I can sleep on either side and my collapsed nasal valves stay open. I use them with my CPAP mask. They are lifesavers for me. Highly recommend. Wish they sold in higher quantities per box.

I can't sleep with mouthguards or cpap machines…..but I can sleep with these! I forget I am wearing one within seconds. They are very helpful when it's allergy season or snore. This product is difficult to find so I am happy to discover that Walmart sells them!

I have used this product for about a year. Before, I sounded like a chainsaw that needed repair😁 It Took about a week to get used to something in your nose all night. After one nights sleep, I then put them in soapy dish detergent for cleaning. After about a year the grip weakens and they don't stay in place as well that's the reason for the replacement purchase. My husband is happy and I'm trying to get him to use them❗️

Love that this fits inside the nostril holding it open from the inside out and that there is no sticky adhesive to leave the bridge of your nose red and sore like with exterior nasal strips. This is the way!

i can't tell what this is from thw photo they are using, so i picked a 3 in the middle.

These are terrible, very hard to get into place, and when you do get them into place they collapse. Makes it harder to breathe, not easier. Waste of money!

Uncomfortable and didn't help me breathe better.
