I have struggled with my weigh i guess since i hit my 20's and from there the pounds just kept pilling on and at first i didnt really care but then it kept getting worse and i saw that person in the mirror i didn't know any more it made me really sad and i felt so ugly inside and out. I tried all kinds of diets I'd loss some then gain even more back i finally talk to my Dr. so i ended up having the gaster bypass done it was really hard and a long hard road but i did it i lost the weight and then i fell into depression and let me tell you it's no excuse at all but i let it let me gain alot of that weight back until i was looking at some pictures one day of myself and i was like i can't believe i worked this hard to loss all this weight before and here I've gained it back so i said NO this stops today right here so i remembered i drank alot of Slim Fast when i had my surgery so i went out and bought my Slim Fast and i started it first thing the next morning that was almost a year ago today and I'm so proud of myself and i have a shake every morning and one for lunch and I've lost 112 pounds so far and I've kept the weight off and i don't get hungry and i love Slim Fast it taste so good i use the powder so i can mix it anyway i like it i absolutely love the creamy chocolate it's my all time favorite.

My son keeps asking me to order this item, so it must be working.Well, he's already lost thirty five pounds.

I have more time on the the weekend so I like to make my own shake. This is perfect, I add a banana ice and almond milk. It's perfect

This is my go to morning pick-me-up. It tastes and feels like a desert, but it is really a well balanced, nutritious meal. packed with all those good things that my otherwise not-so-great diet misses. This smoothie mix is really delicious and can be made to any thickness you want. I like mine extra thick! Also, If I opt for a yogurt breakfast, I will mix plain yogurt with Vanilla Slimfast and top with fruit and nuts. Wow, it is the best!!!

I've always liked the taste of powdered chocolate Slimfast better than the bottled version. This is no exception. Perfect in my Slimfast cup (I have had for years) with a couple of ice cubes for shaking and mixing.

I depend on this for my morning breakfast. Mix with yogurt, frozen berries and coconut milk, it is satisfying and delicious! Please do not discontinue this product.

Absolutely amazing! Mixed with a high protein low calorie milk and frozen berries for that extra fibre! Started in February down 70lbs! I easy to stick to as it feels like your having a yummy milk shake every day!!

I eat very low calories and exercise daily and did not lose anything extra. Taste was ok. I substitute shake for breakfast and lunch and have a bean burger with a veggie for dinner. Was hoping for a couple pounds a week to push me to my end weight. I tried. Will go back to my other protein shakes.
