Bought for a gift they say they are great

I got this camera because I was worried about my dog getting into things when I was gone. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and easy to use this camera was. It gives me peace of mind while I'm at work being able to check in on things and talk to my dog if needed.

they are no good unless have the cloud and pay a monthly fee

They dont tell you before purchase, but there is a 1 DAY TRIAL PERIOD, AFTER WHICH YOU WILL BE SUBSCRIBED TO THEIR MONITORING SERVICE FOR $39.99 PER MONTH!!! TOO RICH FOR MY BLOOD...ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED!!!

Horrible picture and full trying to get you to sign up for more features that should come free. Don't waste your money on this camera.

Returning this as it was difficult to even attempt to connect. Directions are so small you will need a magnifying glass to see them.

this is not worth purchasing it doesn't pick up good at night and it comes with no instructions and have to pay a small yearly fee which it says nothing about and still haven't figured out to use it wireless it's got to be plugged in so I'd give it zero stars if I could I'd save my money and skip this item.

absolutely garbadge. bought two of them and o ly opened one to ensure it worked to my liking. The camera kept having issues connecting to my internet (which everything else i own connects just fine) then the thing just wouldnt turn on. complete waste of my money and my time. if i could give no stars i would

first of all the product would not work once I unplug the power source. both units would not connect to the wi-fi at the same time. once I left that you were charged and excess of 10 to 12 hours, I took the agonizing time to install them where I needed them I got a message on my phone stating that it failed to connect. I've already sent the product back yesterday so you guys should be receiving it shortly. not to mention I applied for the extended I guess cloud space or whatever it is don't know if I'll get that money back as well. have you numerous products from Walmart, this has to be the absolute worst not to mention it was for a gift for a loved one who will disappointed that the product didn't work as well.
