I am so grateful to have found this because I need to monitor my father‘s oxygen quite often and the previous model I owned was not reliable at all. The included carry case and lanyard are nice extras that did not used to come with these. I am blind so finding one of these that talks is often quite difficult. Thank you Walmart for having this fantastic item and getting it to me so quickly.

Very easy to use. Not Compared to a professional unit at a clinic it is very accurate. it has a very good clear voice. although the lanyard is a piece of crap and came tangled beyond untangling but still has the little pouch with the belt loop.

This product lives up to what it represents of itself. I would recommend this product to the visually impaired and I've tested it against the one that doesn't talk and they were the same so I believe it is accurate.

Good talking pulse odometer. My mother is legally blind and this helps her keep up to date with her oxygen levels and pulse rate.

My Wife and I use this every day to know that we are ok.

this was very easy to set up. it is perfect for my mother. Exactly what she needed.

If you have problems with your visions this will work very well for you although I find that the first reading I don't really think is as accurate and I do it a second time just to be sure and it is very easy to use so if you definitely have a vision problem and need to have something that can speak that you can hear you'll like this product

It does what it is suppose to do....love the fact that it talks so if I am not awake to see it who ever is using it on me can hear what my O2 stats are
