Has a nice tomato taste without being acidic. The tomato taste pairs well with the sweetness and the spiciness of the sauce. I wasn't sure I was going to like it but I thought it would give it a try the honey pairs well with the tomato for a nice sweet heat. That would pair well with any pizza toppings I did pepperoni mozzarella parmesan cheese and Mediterranean vegetables.
